Demitri’s Taverna offers authentic Greek food in an atmosphere filled with laughter and positive energy. Sit out on the patio and people watch while enjoying a special chargrilled lamb burger on sourdough bun served with arugula, tomatoes, baked red onions and feta cheese. Heat lamps make the patio enjoyable year round. Choose to stay indoors and dine on the charbroiled breast of chicken gyro pasta dish or the chicken and sausage Mediterranean pasta served with a house Mediterranean salsa. Demitri’s Taverna has several appetizers that can be enjoyed before a meal or with drinks like the flamed saganaki, yaiyai’s sloppy fries or the baked feta garlic bread topped with melted parmesan. Finish the meal at Demitri’s Taverna with an authentic dessert such as the pikilia epthorpia, kataifi pastry roll or the traditional Greek yogurt served with caramelized nuts covered in Greek honey.

had the chicken souvlaki wrap. good amount of chicken in the wrap and favorable. Would come back again.

Amazing food and ambience. The chef is a great guy, personally checked on us to be sure we fully enjoyed the meal. and all the staff was wonderful as well. Good price, great location, and great food and drink options.

Our first time here, made a reservation for 7 on a very busy Saturday night, we were seated right away. We received ice water then our server, who is amazing, greeted us and went over the specials and menu. We decided on the Spanakopita appetizer to start, it was delicious, fresh and the spinach, feta and mint were perfectly balanced. Hubby had the special, Pastitsto, Greek meat pasta with bechamel cheese sauce with sautéed veggies. Creamy, cheesy, meaty all in one. So good. I ordered the Gyro Platter, piled gyro meat, warm pitas, fresh tzatziki with veggies and rice pilaf. Amazing flavors, the meat is so tender and the tzatziki compliments the food combinations. Huge portions, great reheated the next day. For dessert we had Baklava- is unbelievably delicious and so fresh. Service was top notch, we were always attended to, food was hot, delicious and fresh. We would definitely refer and we look forward to going back.

We love Dimitris! Always consistently good, great service, acknowledged a special friends big birthday. Made us feel well taken care of!

So we do like this restaurant but this past Friday night was a mess in terms of service. We had our 2 year old grandson and waited 30 minutes until a server came to our table. We actually got up to leave right when the server finally showed up. They were understaffed it appeared. In the future we will only go there mid week.

The food was very good! We were a group of eight, and all enjoyed their meals and dessert. Service was excellent! I know it sometimes cannot be helped when you have a large group, but it was extremely noisy when we arrived and during our main course. Dessert time, the noise level was very good.

We were at Demitri's for a seven course wine maker's dinner. Everything was sublime. The only downside was everyone was enjoying themselves so much it was hard to hear.

We had outside seating as requested. The server was prompt and took good care of our needs. The host that seated us was very dry and did not make us feel very welcome. We had been to the restaurant in the past and were very impressed with the stuffed grape leaves and we’re looking forward to having them again. Unfortunately they were all out of them.
