We had a wonderful experience. The food, drinks, atmosphere and live music (saxophonist) was amazing. My only issue was having to wait an additional 20 minutes to be seated after being required to pay a reservation deposit. However, the waitress was on point and the food was delicious.

Food and service were great; however, we had issues with e-gift cards purchased online via Deluxe Fun Dining website that somewhat ruined the entire dining experience. In summary, gift cards purchased online on Dec 8, as gifts for my children to use for our reservation on Dec 28, were apparently “flagged for suspicion of fraud” and declined. We were told the funds had not been released from Square (the servicer of the online system they use for these online gift cards) and we sat and argued with the GM for about 30-45 mins who expected us to pay the bill in full and then I was to contact Square for resolution (which later turned into the GM will do it on Monday as they were closed). Given that I purchased the gift card cards on their website this issue should be between Square and Deluxe and not Square and your customers. Furthermore, there was no notification or indication from my side that there was any issues with the gift cards and funds showed available. And I could provide proof of purchase from my bank account. The GM finally conceded and applied the gift cards to our bill but not without some lame excuses and time spent going back and forth on the issue. If funds aren’t a released immediately upon purchase, then maybe Deluxe should choose a different servicer for their online gift cards but that should never fall on a customer to resolve…

Most tender tomahawk, delicious. Seafood rice , rice undercooked. Deviled eggs okay. Drinks delicious. Great service.

NOT A FUN DINING EXPERIENCE!!! I was confused if this was a jazz club (downstairs) or nightclub (upstairs). I was seated upstairs, the live music from downstairs could be heard. The music upstairs was pretty loud and made it difficult to hear my table conversation. (Thought this was a restaurant.) After waiting 20 minutes for a server, my steak entree was incorrect - TWICE!! (Not once did the manager come to the table to offer apologies nor offer to 'make it right'.) The server just gave up asking, "Do you want something else?" I didn't but felt pressured to eat something. I ordered the popcorn shrimp - shrimp was ok popcorn was stale. I do not recommend this place and recommend changing the name to 'Mediocre Restaurant' as it was not Deluxe nor Fun. Visit at your own risk.

The food was good and tender. Nicely decorated space. Interesting platters but not enough variety. The puzzling piece to this restaurant is I’m not sure what the fun element was unless it is the presentation of the food. I would return for the lamb and steak. Tender and tasty.

I was celebrating with my boyfriend for his birthday. The service was really good and the waiter was super attentive. When I was first sat down by the door they noticed I was getting cold and moved my group immediately. I loved how the waiter explained everything for us and made us feel so special. Everything was perfect! The drinks tasted amazing and usually we picky with our drinks but they tasted fantastic! We will continue to come back.
