This was such a fun experience to host a business dinner! The pizzas were delicious, and the service was excellent.

I really enjoy the variety of pizzas at this place, but there are a few things that need improvement. The biggest issue is the service, which is hindered by the overwhelming noise. It’s hard to hear the staff, and even when they do come around, it’s difficult to understand them. When you ask for help, there’s sometimes a bit of an attitude, which doesn’t help the experience. It would be great if the staff had name tags or something indicating the pizzas they’re responsible for, as it’s tough to tell who is who. Additionally, we waited over an hour for a single lobster bisque soup, despite repeatedly asking about it. Overall, the food is good, but the service needs work. The noise level is a major issue, and the staff could benefit from more training. No one should be waiting 20 minutes for drinks or 40 minutes for soup. If these issues were addressed, I’d be much more likely to return. Ps. I wish the location and parking lot were easier to find.

It’s a cool experience. A bit expensive. The biggest issue is they have a time limit and will tell you to leave. We had a reservation for 6 pm for 5 people. We were seated at 6:15. At 7:45 they asked us to leave. I find this off putting

The food is good, but the service is consistently bad. I don't get this place. The pizza more expensive, and you have to wait to get what you want.

I have been going there since it open.The service is great.Renato is doing wonderful being a manager and controlling difficult situations.Cristina and Tarcisio are 2 of the best servers.By the way this is my favorite restaurant in the DFW.

Shoutout to Matt for juggling our table of ten among other large groups on a Saturday night. It was very busy as they had a very large group that had an event down the street. Wait time for our table when we were on time was a little long but it’s okay. Amazing variety of pizzas as always. And delicious cocktails! Definitely will return

The food was great, but the ambience and service were lacking. The entire experience felt rushed. The staff never removed our used plates. We asked for clean plates for dessert and were told that we could have one clean plate ? We had to request spoons for the lobster bisque. We had our card on green and noticed that the staff weren’t coming to our table. We were curtly informed by the blond hostess that our table was needed for another reservation in 10 minutes. Definitely not the best dining experience.

People that are serving the pizzas phenomenal. Our server is ok, very accommodating and polite, just not as attentive. Maybe too busy. Pizza quality is a hit and miss, some pizza comes out great, some are uncooked and very little meat or very salty or not salt. which is kind of disappointing for the price point.
