Wonderful dining experience. The acoustic could definitely be improved upon. It’s hard to enjoy your guests and total experience when you can’t hear them.

The waiter’s attentiveness lacked and the food quality was poor. The serving style did not take into account how much the food cools off before it is delivered. The restaurant was also very noisy and table conversations were difficult at best. Honestly, I’d recommend CiCi’s pizzeria over this high-priced restaurant.

The waitress took a long time to bring our drinks, and come to find out all their tea/soda drinks are by the can/bottle. This is such a let down. Such a beautiful restaurant and fantastic tasing food ... yet they bring you a can for soda or bottled tea. Come on.

Unfortunately the service was extremely poor. After being seated and served about 2-3 types of pizza, the pizza server asked us if we wanted any more pizzas??? Then upon requesting more of the chicken pizzas, he then proceeded to bring them but acted rudely by tossing the pizza NOT placing it on our plates...underlying attitude. Our actual table server came by twice during the entire meal. When we requested the dessert pizzas, she confirmed they were in the oven and be out within 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, I had to ask again and she changed her story and said "they ran out" but it would be out in 10 minutes. We asked for the check and the manager. The so-called manager took a percentage off the bill after making us feel bad for asking for dessert pizzas which is supposed to be included in the total cost. Then the dessert pizzas happen to magically appear another 15 minutes later. Oh and did I mention we were sat on the opposite completely empty side of the restaurant, not a big deal as long as we aren't forgotten. This was a really bad service experience and the only thing consistent is their quality of food but for the price, not acceptable for bad service. Hope you have a better experience.

Great food and atmosphere! The pizza server was soooo nice & our waitress was really nice too. Great experience so far!
