Chef Mark Brown's approachable Italian kitchen cuisine is always prepared with the highest standards and freshest ingredients.

At dels we make our pasta from scratch, use only the best tomatoes for our sauce and bake our pizzas in a 600 degree stone hearth pizza oven. Great Italian cuisine is inspired by robust wine; the perfect match can be found by the glass or bottle on our sommelier's wine list. Buon Appetito!

    Our experience was amazing from start to finish. The ambience is on another level, when you walk in you are immersed into italian culture. Beverage service was great, we were brought piping hot bread paired with delicious garlic butter. For mains we had the arri-burrata bomba, shrimp & sausage bake, butternut ravioli, and vegan tacos ordered from the upstairs sister restaurant. All meals were 10/10. We were at dinner to celebrate a graduation and received a complimentary dessert - the vanilla cheesecake which was divine. We will be returning.

    Del's was fantastic, especially their Al Bomba sauce. It goes well with the burrata as well as the pizza.

    There were 6 of us for dinner. Our waiter, Logan was attentive, courteous and pleasant. He checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. The flower pot bread was delicious! They have extensive gluten free and plant based menus, which was very nice to see. Logan was careful to check which version of the salad or entree each of us were ordering. Everyone was happy with their meals. The mains that we ordered were the Butternut Ravioli, Chicken Marsala, Gnocchi, GF PB Ceci Varm & GF Stella Seafood Penne. All servings were plentiful, tasty and not overcooked.

    Server Devin has a sweet sense of humor, is prompt, yet doesn’t hover. Amazing server, attentive and knows the menu well to give great recommendations. Manager Alicia was most accommodating to us, very polite and lovely. Food amazing. Great prices. Our favourite restaurant.
