    Waited at table for over 15 minutes, no one came. Mgr. & Staff walked by several times. I had to ask for service. Very arrogance Mgr. Came to table and said they were very busy. Counted 6 tables and 4 at bar. Had to ask for bread. It came at end of dinner. Never saw Mgr. Will not go back.

    Another great meal at Del Friscos! Wine (Lot 1981) was delicious and the steaks were cooked perfectly. Always a great date night. Our server was attentive and made the evening wonderful!

    I ordered a 10oz filet mignon cooked “black & blue” and it came out medium rare. I don’t like to waste food so told the waiter but did not ask for a new one. I find it hard to believe that a steakhouse (at this price point) cannot cook a steak to order. Very disappointing!!! Service overall was very good!

    We ate outside at Del Frisco's on Father's Day. This was our first time at a New York location, as we had previously been at two locations in Boston and loved it. The positives: the crab cake starter was excellent, as was the steak. The onion rings were perfect. I had the caesar salad with salmon, which was seriously underseasoned. The French fries were very overcooked, so came out like briquettes. My son said they had the consistency of potato chips. At $360 for the four of us, we expected a little more.

    Food quality on a weekend afternoon was atrocious. Stale salad drenched in blue cheese dressing. The 5 cold steak pieces were good. Overpriced for the low quality of food, not fresh. This is the 2nd time. Will not return ..

    The food and drink are excellent. But what makes Frisco’s WTC special are the people. Aida, Sarah, Mike and Bryson are amazing and I a wonderful job. They are the reason we keep coming and always will.
