Everything was great except for the fact that I made a reservation around 2 weeks prior for indoor seating, knowing it would be cold outside. Upon arrival, we were seated outside with no nearby heaters and the cold breeze could be felt. I expected more for this caliber of restaurant and for my partner to not be freezing the entire meal considering I payed $200 for dinner.

Table wait staff were great. Front desk staff were snooty. Despite a cold and windy evening, were shunted off to a chilly, drafty table in the balcony enclosure. Had to keep coats on the entire meal. A lot of money to pay for a ruined experience.

We made reservations for Valentine’s Day’s but no one told us in advance that the food going to be restricted to smaller holiday menu. A nice amount of the food on the menu were unavailable because they ran out or simple things like butter for the bread or truffle butter for steaks. It took over an hr for food to come and the order was wrong. I’m just disappointed because this was my first time trying this place after hearing great reviews but my experience was poor.

The experience was nice but the entrees was disgusting. But the Philly cheese steak egg rolls were amazing!

This place is not what it used to be. The food leaves a lot to be desired especially for the price.

The bartenders didnt acknowledge us for well over 10 minutes. When they finally did and we told them we were waiting for a table and only ordering drinks they didn’t come back to take our order for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile other couples sat down and received drinks immediately. The bar was not full at this time and my wife said it’s probably because they make higher tips from those who eat and drink at the bar. Have not experienced this before and wouldn’t think to expect such awful customer service for the type of restaurant it is. Food was subpar at best. Most likely will not return as there are plenty of other options in Southlake.
