We 45 minutes early for our reservation and the HOST said she checked us in. I assume that she was going to see us early and then 20 minutes later she said “oh no by the way we don’t see people early” if she would have told me, we could’ve went to the bar instead of standing by the door, expecting to be seated at any time. Once it was time for our reservation, they brought us to the outside seating with the temperature in the 40s. My reservation that I made months before was for indoor dining. I said that was an acceptable and they said that’s all they have after fussing with the manager. They eventually brought me to an inside table. Fast-forward and just my luck, all of the meals came out except for mine, and when I did, the steak was undercooked and even the waiter(he was awesome) said that the steak was severely undercooked. They tried to make a right, but by the time they came back with the steak it was about 30 minutes later and everyone had eaten. So no food for me lol i’ve been to Del Frisco‘s all over the US and this was my only bad experience however when you’re entertaining clients, one bad experience potentially affects my business.

Reservations were for 6pm. Sat at our table around 645. Didn’t like having to wait that long…. My steak was a little too charred as well but I suffered through it.

Sadly an extremely subpar Thanksgiving experience. Arrived about 20 mins before reservation. Went to bar to grab a drink and wait. Took approx 15 mins to get our drink, but they were very busy (Thanksgiving dinner rush). Seated at table about 20 minutes after reservation time. Ordered cocktails. Sever comes back 10 mins later and asks if we would like to order cocktails..? Reorder same cocktails. Server brings waters for table and then takes food orders. First course arrives. No cocktails. We flag server down and ask for cocktails status and also ask if we can have napkins (we had none at all). He says back in a minute. 10 minutes later, we are finished with first course and cocktails arrive. Still no napkins. We ask again about napkins. He brings napkins back. Finally 10-15 mins later, main courses arrive. 2 of the 4 at our table have no silverware, so waiting on forks to eat and one has to send back original fork as it had old dried food on it…2 of our group got the Thanksgiving turkey dinner and both were cold/lukewarm enteees. Server would go missing for 10-15min intervals. Multiple tables looking around and trying to find him.worst service I’ve had in years by a long shot. Food was cold/lukewarm and not worth the price. First and last time to visit a Del Friscos. Should’ve gone to the steakhouse up street instead. Expensive bummer.

Overall another great meal here. We've been many times. Food always very good. A bit of a wait for our table but i guess it was thanksgiving so very busy. But we had a great meal and our server Cameron was excellent.

Thanksgiving day isn’t the day to enjoy Del Friscos Grill for us. We were aware it is the busiest day of the year. Crowded & loud. We waited about 25-30mins for our table to be ready. We were seated in the covered outdoor patio area. Space heaters were provided but we were cold throughout dinner. Table was dirty when we sat down, we had to ask 3x to have it wiped off. Appetizers arrived and we had to ask for silverware and napkins numerous times. Appetizers cooled off while waiting. All that being said, our entrees of Brazino, short ribs and the special Turkey dinners were all very good.

I’ve been to Del Frisco’s before and it’s been good. However tonight was a disappointment. The food was cold for 3 of the 4 in our party (soup and main entree). They did rewarm it for us and some items came back heated but others were still cold. Overall, for the cost of the dinner it was a disappointment in terms of food. Our server, James, was great and very helpful.

Our server, Joseph, was wonderful and attentive. The food was amazing. It was a wonderful meal and time on a very busy day.
