    Service was very slow. Told our waitress we were going to Bass Hall for a show and it still took over 45 minutes to get our food. And we only ordered salads and pasta as our meal. All the tables around us were in the same position.

    Although this is a steak house, the fish and salads are exceptional. Creative drinks and good wine and whiskey list as well. Service is always top notch. This was probably our 10th visit before a show at Bass Hall.

    Steak salad was excellent, wine by the glass (Napa Cab) was excellent, fish and chips was a bit fishy. Staff very friendly and engaging.

    Food was fantastic, steak was cooked perfectly. The cocktails were super weak but they were gracious about us sending them back where very young looking bartender added just one more drop of liquor. Waitress was very attentive to making sure to check in and us ordering (and got it right) but left empty plates and glasses on the table for too long. Restaurant was super loud in the booths at the front, if you want a quiet yet ambience request outside or in the very back.

    Dinner was great. Our server Julian was outstanding. She was always available without being obtrusive. We enjoyed our evening.

    Exemplary waitress and good meal. There was an issue with the cleanliness of a served drink but it was immediately addressed by the waitress and bar.

    My husband and I loved our experience at Del Frisco’s! We arrived a little early, but the team was able to get us seated within minutes and still accommodate our request for a booth. Our waiter, Christian, made excellent suggestions for drinks and food. The entire staff was very attentive, particularly the host (whose name I didn’t catch) clearly went above and beyond to visit our table mid-meal to make sure we had everything we needed. The friendliness of the staff could hardly be upstaged, but if it was, it would have only been so by the mouth-watering, delicious food and beautiful view of Sundance Square at dusk.

    I have been to Del Frisco’s Double Eagle several times but this was my first time to Del Frisco Grill. The food was great and we had a window over looking Sundance Square. I highly recommend it.

    I have an onion allergy. The waiter was so amazing and didn’t make me feel weird like some do. However, the kitchen missed the request and put shaved onions in on my food. I was so sure that it was done right because of the trust I had with the waiter, I didn’t inspect it like I normally do. I took several bites before I noticed. They redid it, but I was sick by the time the redo came and then they wanted to charge me for it! I was up sick all night! It was my daughter’s birthday and I couldn’t enjoy it like I wanted to. 😭 I told them I wasn’t paying and they finally removed the charge. But I shouldn’t have had to do that!
