It is much, much too loud/noisy throughout. The music was too loud for any conversation at our table-even after we switched. Management needs to put more thought into the overall dining experience: people come to a first class place for the food and service-not to be overwhelmed by marginal “music”. The sonic overload spoiled what would have been a fine night out.

This is one of my all time favorite restaurants. The bread is amazing. lobster mac and cheese is my favorite. We've never had a bad dish here.

Terrible service. Didn’t write our order down and had to ask for items we ordered. We ended up not receiving the soup we had ordered. 12oz fillet mignon was super salty. We were brought our dessert but didn’t have utensils, I had to take them from another table because no one ever came back. Took about 20 minutes to pay our bill. We ended up spending 2hrs there and the place was empty! Also, the bathroom situation is terrible. Save your time and either go to Anthony’s chophouse or Ruth Chris. By the way, I never write reviews but felt the need to warn others on this one.

Drinks took forever to get to our table. Then they were not made properly. They finally came to our table when our main course arrived. The drinks were still not right. Food was good. Server seemed out of sorts as well. Not what we expected especially for the $

Worst steakhouse experience ever. We were never able to try the food due to it taking 25 minutes before the manager decided to bring us a menu and we never got to meet our server. The restaurant decor was nice but it was so loud I couldn’t even talk to the person next to me.

Restaurant was very under staffed. Seating for reservation was 20 minutes late. Also took long time for anyone to come to us.

Eagerly looking forward to returning to Del Frisco's, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at one of their locations. From the start our server was chaotic, it took her 25 minutes to bring our first rounds of drinks, which then, unfortunately, 2 of the drink orders were wrong. She then proceeded to get the salad order wrong for 2 at our table, got the sides wrong and failed to bring out one the steaks when our meal arrived. In addition, our sides were cold. I appreciated one of the managers stopping by to ask us how the meal was, but by that point the dinner was disappointing. I have always truly loved Del Frisco's and was excited to see it's return to the Indianapolis market, but I can in no way recommend visiting at this point until they hopefully work out the kinks of being a new restaurant. A plus would be putting a service bar on the second floor as they are losing a lot of money while people have to wait an inordinate amount of time waiting for drinks to come up from the first floor.
