    Very unpleasant experience. Had a 5:45pm reservation, but due to an issue at the parking garage, was running late. I called @ 5:38pm and spoke with Kianna (spl?), who thanked me for calling to inform them of my late arrival and stated that my table would be ready upon my arrival. Upon arrival @ 5:55pm, I checked in with the host, who said, " Yes, you've already been checked in, give me just a minute.". During my waiting, I was asked by two individuals, 'What is the name on your reservation?', only to have no further contact after I gave them my name. 6:15pm and no table, no contact, nothing! After leaving the restaurant in order to find food, I receive a call at 6:32pm to say that my table was ready. Unacceptable!

    Fantastic experience! Everything was very clean and all of the staff was very helpful! Food was delicious!

    One of the best steaks I have had in NYC. Ribeye is superb

    Service was great and food tastes great but we spent $130+ on a 32oz prime tomahawk and 30% of it was so fatty/chewy that it was inedible. The parts that were edible were great though.

    The server I think her name is Jessica was very kind. She offered us all the specials and gave us a birthday treat. The whole stand was very inviting in the ambience was top-tier. It felt great to be at a high level high-quality location!
