    Service was acceptable, food took a while and some dishes did not arrive as ordered. We were told they’d make it up to us, but we declined one free dessert. Hoped for better, underperformed. Was hesitant but limited options on Christmas, doubt we will return based on poor food and poor delivery on addressing issue.

    Choosing to eat in a restaurant on Christmas Day is our preference and Del Frisco was a great choice. Our server was extremely pleasant. Food was prepared perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to choose it again.

    Our server, Ezequiel, was top notch! We enjoyed everything about our experience-food, drinks, company, and atmosphere. Amazing restaurant!!

    Completely disappointed in my overall experience $1,000+ bill celebrating Christmas with my family. The waiter didn’t speak during my entire dinner .. we had to fill our own champagne glass from the $200 bottle of champagne that was chilling because the waiter was incompetent… beautiful atmosphere not going back.

    Let me preface by saying It was our first time dining at this location. We go to the Woodland’s location a lot. Anyway, we absolutely loved it! Everything from the management and staff, to food and the ambiance, it was all incredible! Probably the most beautiful restaurant I’ve ever been in. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you to everyone at Del Frisco’s who helped make our anniversary dinner even more memorable!

    Our waitress Gabby was the worst. She was very bossy and rude. Never came back to our table and clearly kept waiting on the Caucasian people. Another server came and attended to our needs and was very good with the service. Gabby clearly would look at our table and would not even come back to ask if we needed anything and mind you she was at a table right next to us. I would never let her serve me ever again. My daughter just wanted a baked potato and I only wanted the lobster Mac n cheese. We had already ordered appetizers and I really didn’t want any meat. Gabby came to our table asking us if we wanted meat because we don’t want to bring out just sides, I explained to her we were good and that’s all that we wanted. Mind you my wife was going to order her an entree of food. The server that helped us I tipped him $20 in cash and told him to put it in his pocket. Do not share it with her. Then she had the nerve to come back after we received the bill from the other guy and decided to look in it to see the tip and it was a Zero. lol. She looked mad at us as we walked out and we thought it was funny. Because we always tip well but not for her. I recommend never having that server because she is the worst.

    The old fashioned missed the mark the 45 day dry aged was very bland. We noticed the chimichurri was way off. The chef and manager agreed when we brought up the issue. The crab cake was amazing though.
