Dehesa is a charcuterie and tapas bar inspired by the cuisine of Spain and Italy. Dehesa opened in January 2008 and is the sister restaurant to Salt Yard in Fitzrovia, Opera Tavern in Covent Garden and Ember Yard in Soho, offering sharing dishes served in a relaxed environment.
The restaurant is named after the Dehesa- a unique woodland area in Spain which is home to the black-footed Ibérico pigs – said to produce the best Jamon in the world. This reflects our commitment to quality and provenance and our dedication to carefully sourced products.

Being told we only had 5 minutes to book rather roughly on arrival spoilt the experience. If a 10.15 booking is too late for you then don’t accept them. This was post theatre. We were 5 minutes late. Later service was better. But for heavens sake v

Great tapas very tasty- some dishes were larger than others but all went well together. Great vibe highly recommend- will return.

Dehesa has been my default Restaurant for over 15 years, it is always good. It seemed very quiet at our last visit, and they've changed the batter on the courgette flowers (first world problem). Nice staff, good food.

Diana and the team were absolutely amazing - it was my boyfriend’s birthday so I asked if they could pop a candle in his pudding and they went above & beyond with a candle, chocolate writing on the plate and singing! All the food was so so delicious, such a nice vibe and could not recommend more!! Thank you!

Had the most delish supper - we went for the chefs tasting selection and it was fantasic. The service was also brilliant and we could sit outside and watch the world go by. 10/10 - would come again.

Having been a diner at Dehesa since it first opened it was disappointing to return after a little while and find standards have not been maintained. The food was ordinary at best and in the case of the tortilla very poor. We dined early Sunday evening and it tasted as if many of the dishes were reheated and not freshly cooked. Flavours were bland and not innovative as they previously have been. Sadly we will not return and instead go to some of the other much better alternate Tapas restaurants that have maintained standards whilst expanding.
