Renee Erickson’s Deep Dive: eat and drink inside of an art installation turned cocktail lounge within the iconic Spheres. Expect timeless, thought-provoking, and original cocktails, alongside refined plates, and an exceptional spirits selection. Deep Dive is a modern classic, inspired by marquee hotel bars the world over.

No Minors - strictly 21+. Elevated attire encouraged, but not required. All parties MUST bring a valid, physical I.D. - pictures will NOT be accepted.

Please be advised that a reservation does not guarantee specific seating arrangements - no distinction is made between tables or bar seats.

In a city where it’s very challenging to find an environment that is chic, beautifully designed and special, Deep Dive stands out above all the rest. Beautiful bar menu, well prepared food and artisanal cocktails round out the details that matter. Be prepared for sticker shock, this is not the place to go on a budget!

Had a reservation for 4 at 9pm on a Thursday. Got there early at 8:30 to see if we could be seated earlier. There were DEFINITELY open tables available, but the host refused to seat us early and told us to come back at 9. While we were patiently waiting outside, multiple parties walked in and were seated immediately. The actual bar was neat. Vibes and decor are nice. Drinks are a bit pricey but pretty good. Host was annoying before we were seated and that threw the entire evening off. Overall, wasn't worth the time, effort, and money spent.

The unique drink selections were very very good. You can tell they know what they are doing. The service was absolutely amazing. We felt like VIPs while we were there.

This place is one of a kind, outstanding place. Haven’t seen too many places like this. This very small and exclusive bar/lounge is a bit hidden inside the Amazon headquarter spheres. Too much drinks, interesting food options. It has a speakeasy vibe, very sexy and beautifully done. Our server was a bit odd, but other than that this place is fabulous.

My husband, best friend, and I visited Deep Dive, and it was my friend's first time in Seattle, so we thought this would be a perfect spot! The ambiance is beautiful—dim and romantic, making it great for a couple of drinks. Just a heads up, this isn’t a place for a full meal since the menu consists mostly of tapas, but there is a fantastic selection of drinks. The bubbly and cocktails felt carefully crafted and were definitely a highlight of the experience. While we enjoyed the drinks, there were a couple of things that detracted from the evening. Toward the end, one of the servers kept reminding us about the time limit while we were still eating, which made us feel a bit rushed. Also, the space we were seated at—a small round table for three—felt a little cramped. At one point, our server accidentally bumped into my husband without acknowledging it. It might’ve been an innocent mistake, but it left a bit of a negative impression. As for the food, we had mixed feelings. We ordered the halibut, which could’ve used a bit more flavor, and the halibut dip, which was deliciously seasoned. The steak tartare was good, but the bread served with it was too hard to enjoy. When we asked for an alternative, they brought crackers, which didn’t quite complement the dish, though we appreciated the effort. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects, I’m not sure I’d come back, but it’s a lovely spot if you’re looking for a unique atmosphere and a well-crafted cocktail.

Drinks here are impeccable. They’re taking the time to make really thoughtful cocktails without becoming convoluted or condescending. Bartenders are great. Vibes were great. Already been twice in a 3 days span.

The carrot risotto on the Spring/Summer 2024 menu was delicious! Definitely add the scallops if you can! Paired nicely with a Morticia Adams cocktail too. The chef and staff are experts! <3

Equisitely and curiously decorated spot for well balanced and interestingly but expertly curated cocktails. Staff were dapper and eager to serve. The music and mood lighting set the scene for a romantic night out.
