Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!
Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread. Nico Bakh is partial to a homey dish called lobio, a bean stew served in an imported Georgian pot, complete with a side of fermented vegetables and a Georgian cornbread called mchadi.

A great alternative to the many beer taverns in the area. Food was unique and delicious. Service was friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful - quiet, serene snd peaceful. A great date location.

2nd time there. Food was amazing, love the lamb and cheese boat. Music was a little too loud this time. Overall great!

A great unique restaurant. Our first time to try Georgian cuisine and it is delicious !! We enjoyed the assorted Pkhali spreads ,beef and Pork dumplings and kababi skewers ! The honey cake was an amazing dessert. Our waitress was a delight A great culinary adventure !

Pretty yummy food. Nice wait staff. Prices a bit high but not terrible. The facility is very cool but wish the seats were softer. I weird go back over and over cause food is good and unique.

One of our favorite places for date night! So delicious and unique. We love to share a bunch of different plates so we can try all the flavors!!!

Even though the service wasn’t very good, the delicious food will definitely be enough to go back for, not only was it delicious, it was beautiful!

This is a great place! On our first visit, the server was very willing to help us decide on appropriate dishes and a reasonable amount of food. The selections for us vegetarians were excellent, and the carnivores in our group found good choices, as well. In particular the "Dip Tour" had a veritable explosion of flavors. Dessert and Turkish coffee were also excellent. The place was fairly busy upon opening at noon, so I hope they continue to have good success!
