Chef Drew Deckman proposal is based on sustainability of our ingredients, paying homage to Baja California “Table to the farm”.
Our goal is that our ingredients and products travel less than a zero km to be enjoyed at your table.
The wine, olive oil, eggs, vegetables, flowers , herbs, honey, lamb and vegetables have been produced/raised in this same ranch and family ranches that we own and operate. We proudly celebrate the "Slow Food" philosophy.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had! the recommendation of food, wine, desserts, everything was a perfect match to each other. Totally recommended and willing to go back.

The oysters were extremely salty and not pleasant to eat. Mackerel and bone marrow were just okay, needed more seasoning. The rib eye was seasoned perfectly but it came out raw even tho we asked for medium rare. The knives could not even cut through the meat, it felt like I was fighting the meat to get a clean cut in. Overhyped for sure

Una experiencia altamente recomendable. Nosotros optamos por el menú degustacion y maridaje y vale 100% la pena. Cada uno de los tiempos fue explicado con detalle así como su pareja de vino. El atardecer imprimió una fotografía aun más bella e hizo gran maridaje con la comida y el vino. En pocas palabras un lugar al que puedo regresar con los ojos cerrados.

I’ve been to Deckman's numerous times, so it's hard to believe I'm writing a negative review. We had a party of eight, and while our table was ready when we arrived, that was the highlight of the evening. It took over 15 minutes just to get water, and those who wanted sparkling water waited an additional 20 minutes. No one came by to explain the menu or ask if we wanted appetizers, leaving us to flag down staff with our questions. Despite the visible presence of staff near the prep area behind the outdoor kitchen, there was little interaction with customers. After 40 minutes, someone finally offered to open our wine, but we were left to refill our glasses ourselves for the rest of the evening. We ordered chicken, fish, and two Ribeyes for the table, along with some appetizers. The Ribeyes were cooked to our requested doneness (medium rare and medium), but the meat was so tough it was virtually inedible. Multiple people struggled to cut through the pre-sliced steak with different knives, but the meat was so tough it couldn’t be chewed and had to be spit out. It was the toughest steak I’ve ever encountered, making it impossible to enjoy. While the chicken, fish, and appetizers were excellent, the Ribeyes were a disaster. This is not what one would expect in the Valle or from a Michelin-rated restaurant. Fortunately, the staff removed the Ribeyes from our bill, but at 3,000 pesos per steak, this was an unacceptable experience. The poor service compounded the disappointment, making this visit to Deckman's far below the standard I’ve come to expect.

Great food and service specifically from Alondra. She was knowledgeable and menu expert who answered all our questions. Our group had the 7course entrees which was superb. The views are always amazing :)
