Wonderful casual dining experience with some of the best views in Honolulu and excellent service. Short ribs and Caesar salad are just delectable!

We come here often, and the food, service, and drinks are always excellent! Their happy hour offers some fantastic deals, and the view with Diamond Head in the background is amazing. Highly recommend!

We loved the outdoor area overlooking Diamond Head. The food was good. But the noise from a pool being renovated was awful, ruining the atmosphere . I would not come here until this project ends.

Check on construction status before booking!!! The food and service were great, but there is construction going on to repair the hotel pool and the noise is really awful…went planning for a relaxing brunch and found it impossible to really enjoy the experience.

Our entrees were good…the Prawns with a delicious Curry sauce, and the salmon was excellent. But we could only describe the mashed potatoes as bland and lacking any flavor despite the menu’s description. Like the ones you’d get scooped on a cafeteria tray. Outrageously priced drinks, including mocktails starting at $12 (for lemonade) made us wonder if we would pay more for a drink than for food. Service was polite but mostly inattentive and very rushed. There are other places in Waikiki that are better. There is nothing to see after dark at Deck. If you go, do it before sunset.

The salmon dish was excellent - all 4 of us loved it! We also hung around for conversation (old friends who haven't been together for awhile), and were not rushed along or made to feel like we had to leave.

We recently dined at Deck, and it was a rather uneventful experience. The ambiance was standard—neither too inviting nor particularly off-putting. It felt like a generic eatery you might stumble upon in any city. The service was adequate, though our server seemed somewhat disengaged. Our wait time was what’s expected for our food, which wasn’t particularly remarkable when it arrived. The menu offered a decent variety, but the dishes lacked creativity and depth of flavor. For example, I ordered the salmon, and it was simply… air fried. It could have used more seasoning or a unique twist to make it stand out. Dessert was similarly forgettable, and while it wasn't bad, it also didn’t leave a lasting impression. Overall, Deck is fine if you’re in the area and looking for something quick, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it. There are certainly better options nearby.

Had a 7 pm reservation, hostess was lovely but no table ready. Was seated outdoors as requested, but on the edge of where it would rain on our table. No waitress for 20 minutes. ordered immediately because we were not sure we would see her again. Arrived from the kitchen by someone looking like the chef. Short ribs and glaze Tasted excellent, but were lukewarm. potatoes were cold as well as the carrots and broccoli. It was a disappointing meal from a restaurant that had been highly recommended to us. Had to go back to the hostess stand in order to get to pay and leave.
