Expect lots of flavour - Gambas Rojas, mezcal cocktails, and a dramatically different tortilla. Situated on the 10th floor of The Standard, London, Decimo is uniquely positioned with floor-to-ceiling windows and dramatic views across the London skyline and is accessible by our exterior red-pill lift.

We had a horrible experience yesterday especially with the service. On arrival no cloakroom service offered. We were waiting at the bar for a table 20 min and when asked they said they had given the table to someone else. We kept waiting and a waiter said to go with her to the table but she left us standing in the middle of restaurant for 10 min. At that point we complained to the manager and he sat us after a while. It took them about 1 hour to take the order. They didn’t even change our plates when the main course came. The table besides us also complained about a 1h waiting. We wouldn’t recommend the restaurant.

Honestly my wife and I cannot fault the place and will DEFINITELY be going back. Straight away the vibe is so cool, the music is great without being intrusive. All the staff are so friendly fun polite and helpful. The food was excellent and so were the cocktails. I guess the only thing could be a few more veggie dishes on the menu.

5pm reservation, found the staff attentive and informative regarding the menu. Whilst fairly quiet when we arrived, it was buzzing when we left a over two hours later. That said, we were put under no pressure to vacate our table. A real gem of a restuarant, will definatley return. NB The views from the toilets were amazing

I like the dedicated entrance that has lifts straight to the 10th floor. I had a small trolley suitcase which I was politely told would not be permitted on the 10th floor and was escorted to hotel reception where it was easily taken custody of. On the 10th floor I was greeted by a very nice chap who kindly offered me a table with a bit more space as he said the tables by the windows may be a bit cramped. The decor is very unique and quite a departure from the surroundings outside of King’s Cross. The staff are friendly and very attentive, in the spirit of the restaurant. The mocktail I had was very good. We shared a selection of tapas dishes and all were good, though portions are small for the price. It’s central London and you have to expect to pay for that. I have to say had I been drinking I’d have loved to try some of the cocktails! The bar looks a very good spot for another occasion.
