We believe in living a clean, natural and organic lifestyle mirroring that of the old world, where people eat only local foods. Most of our ingredients are certified organic and we source from local farmers to promote sustainability. We want to showcase how fertile the Southern Oregon valley is and the amazing bounty available from local farmers.

We're excited to share our wine and food knowledge with Southern Oregon. We want to educate anyone willing to learn on wines of the world as well as how they compare to local wines. We will strive to constantly create new menu items and wine pairings.

AHHHHmazing!! From the greeting at the host podium to the amazing meal and dessert. I looked at Opentables' ten best romantic restaurants and we'd been to all of them, and they were all amazing...But Our meal and experience at Decant was most likely the best we've had in Southern Oregon, and would shut down many we've experienced in other areas. I mean the attentiveness of the staff, to an incredible meal- and the salad with istachio chips...I mean I could go on and on, but don't want it to get so busy that they cannot accommodate our next reservation!! this is a must try

As always, a fabulous dinner and wine selection. Veggies and salad so very fresh and locally grown. LOVE it!

My new favorite restaurant. I live in the Portland metro area, known as one of the top restaurant cities in the nation, and I feel like Decant can compete with any of them. My meal was outstanding, I will be going there every time I am in the Medford area. Service was as good as the food. I have only written and one or two positive reviews in my life, not my thing, but I enjoyed the food and staff so much I felt compelled to share my thoughts. Highly recommended from someone who has traveled and eaten at a lot of restaurants all over North America.

A most wonderful dining experience! Warm and welcoming ambiance, knowledgeable and personable server, ( Austin )and we were delighted to meet the lovely owner. You have never tasted mushroom risotto like this. It is AMAZING. The organic mixed greens was so tasty and flavorful, with a bit of a tang! The cauliflower steak was delicious, as was the salmon. Unfortunately we had other plans for dessert, but I am definitely having dessert there next time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I booked Decant for a work dinner with a wine-loving customer. It could not have been any better. It’s a charming restaurant with exceptional service, a notable wine list and excellent food. It is family owned and has a warm feel that most restaurants would struggle to achieve. I can’t overstate how great our experience was.

We came with high expectations based on an exceptional prior dining experience before the change of ownership and the recent reviews attesting to the continuing high standards under the new owners. Sadly, we were disappointed. The food lived up to the “farm to table” description. Dishes were well-prepared and beautifully presented, although the flavors of three of our 4 entrees were overwhelmed by salt. Service was warm and personable, but haphazard on delivery of what we ordered. In a less elevated dining venue, such service might be tolerable, but at the price point of Decant, it was not.
