Dearly Beloved is a beautiful mixture of cocktail bar, restaurant and journey of the senses. The new venture from Machine Hospitality Group aims to challenge your taste buds through textures, scents, and a symphony of flavors with unconventional, globally inspired ingredients. With a beverage program curated by master mixologist, Aneka Saxon and a vegetable-forward menu from Executive Chef Kristofer Lohraff, Dearly Beloved is ideal for an intimate evening with friends or a unique date night spot. The ambiance is very chic. Our server was very personable, informative, helpful & attentive. A great addition to the River North scene.

We tried to be adventurous with our drink orders and had to send them back. We ordered almost everything on the menu to share and it was the most disappointing meal. The flavor profiles were disappointing. I'm not a picky eater, but we send everything back. If you can't get a burger right, there is something wrong. This place is beautiful with a great wait staff, but the food and drinks were really bad. This place won't last long.

Our server was amazing and made great recommendations! We loved our cocktails and the VIBE of this place is impeccable. We will definitely be back.

Mango sticky rice- chefs kiss 🤌🏼 Interior has amazing layout and design, very unique vibe. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Chef walked around to welcome us and describe dishes- great service!

Wow this is a different place with some cool and tasty cocktail. Food was excellent, but would like to see more choices eventually. The atmosphere is modern, chic with a fun vibe. Definitely will be back.

Great look and feel to the space. Wonderful for photos and they have designated spaces if you have a larger group. There were couches for lounging so I see this as a great late night chill spot. Service was impeccable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the food or my drink. I have the caviar cigar and branzino. I was hoping for more flavor. In terms of the drink, the ingredients sounded promising but it was a little lack luster (I only remember part of the name - ‘xxx and Damned’). Would I go back? -Yes, I’ll give them a second try. It could have been an off night.

This is place is hands down amazing! The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I enjoyed learning about how the vision came to life, it is absolutely beautiful every detail especially the piece behind the bar. The drinks was tasty yet packed a nice punch. Kristofer the brisket Raman was to die for thanks again. We came two nights in a row and will be back soon.

another great MHG restaurant! love the ambiance, the intriguing cocktails, and delicious food. chef kris came out to chat & walked us through everything, and our server lexi was nothing short of amazing, same with mia! definitely worth the stop!
