On the occasion of the 1 year anniversary of first meeting my beloved fiancé, we opted to spend the evening in the infinitely capable hands of the chefs and staff of Dean's Steak and Seafood. I can unequivocally state that this decision was perfectly commensurate with my providential choice in spouse! Our meal was nothing short of extraordinary. From the immaculately aged cuts that ridiculed the use of a knife, to the flawlessly composed steak tartare, to a Baked Alaska in all its showmanship, we were in various states of ecstatic flight from beginning to end. However, the crown jewel of Dean's milieu was unreservedly the incomparable service. We were blessed with a gentleman by the name of Jorge whose knowledge, zeal, decorum, and attentiveness infinitely exceeds any professional in hospitality within recent memory. He was and is the very archetype of impeccable service distilled into a single individual. We raise our flukes to both Jorge and all the other artisans toiling laboriously at Dean's Steak and Seafood for gilding our evening with an experience worthy of the momentous milestone it sought to commemorate. We will return in due time as both life's glories and appetites multiply in number and caliber. Godspeed to you all!

Upon check in we had reserved “the holiday globes” the hostess stated she didn’t know what I was talking about and I showed her my reservations and she says, “yes I have no idea what that means…” she then says we can sit anywhere we’d like which was ok with us! We dine out frequently and VIP members at most high end restaurants…I was so excited to try this establishment. Our waitress was so kind, attentive and just over all great! My steak temperature was cooked amazing! But the sauce on top of my king crab was cold. A few issues we had was crab shells in the crab cake(to be expected but there was a lot), my drink ordered was like melted ice and a splash of tequila :/ the table bread was the best part of our 260$ meal that night unfortunately.

Very upscale. Staff was attentive. Food was amazing. Only complaint is they charge a “cake fee” per person. Not sure if that’s to discourage birthday parties but we were surprised.

The restaurant and hotel are BEAUTIFUL! Loved the vibes! The food was good- nothing was bad- but as a whole not a huge standout. The steaks were phenomenal- 1 steak was overcooked others were cooked perfectly. Sides were average. Bread pudding is a must! Server did a great job however the kitchen was very slow on getting our main course out after appetizers.

The food wasn’t the greatest as it lacked basic flavor and the sides were horrible as they overdid the concept of a side dish. The salad itself was way too overdressed and had a funky taste. The service was more about if we needed anything else vs how was everything as we left majority of the food unfinished on the plates. Forgot to bring out two items that we ordered, maybe the waiter was doing us a favor by doing that.

First of all, the waitstaff, the service, the cleanliness, the ambiance, and all of the things that you would expect to go to a high-end steak restaurant were A+, perfection. The problem was that the food was sub-par. I had the A5 wagyu, and it was burnt, tough, and quite possibly not even an A5 wagyu. My wife ordered the dean's special, which was a fillet, and it was so tough she didn't even finish it. It was very sad considering that we highly anticipated coming and enjoying a top-tier dinner. Better luck next time.
