Our dining experience was outstanding. Our server Jeffrey was polite and attentive and the food was delicious and well presented!

Our new favorite steakhouse anywhere! Just beautiful with outstanding steak & seafood. Excellent service - manager Nate kept opening kinks to a minimum. Highly recommend!

We’ve been here at least five times already and the service, food and experience just keeps getting better and better. We ask for Cameron, who goes above and beyond to ensure we’re happy. He’s one of many professionals in this dining experience that can make it memorable.

Wow. Already one of the top five restaurants in San Antonio and one of the top three steakhouses. Stunning setting professional service and outstanding food. One of the best wine lists in the city. Thoroughly enjoyed my Manhattan, followed by the crab cake, bread service, filet mignon, and Dover sole. And get this, for the month of September 2024, all of the food is 50% off Monday through Thursday but you MUST book a reservation to qualify!

Service started off really slow. Took the service a few minutes to hit our table. But once he got to our table service was great Our food was amazing my King salmon was cooked you perfection Will definitely be back soon. Great place

Overall food was good, some dishes could use some editing on the salt. Space is beautiful but could use thorough cleaning to remove residual construction dust/debris, booth was littered with crumbs and construction dust visible everywhere. Bathroom was extremely dirty with grout residue all over tile floors. Restaurant has potential and hope they work out the kinks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Anniversary dinner at Dean's! We received impeccable, friendly, polite, professional service and hospitality from every hotel and restaurant employee with whom we interacted, particularly the gracious hostess Haley and our OUTSTANDING server, Victoria! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was polished yet warm and relaxing and Victoria and her support staff made our evening a true first class experience! We look forward to future visits!

My first experience for Brunch at Dean’s Steak & Seafood, and won’t be my last! Do yourself a favor, and start with the biscuits! The coffee was hot, strong, and my cup was always full. The Crab Benedict was perfect!! The service was exceptional from start to finish.
