our waiter David was great. All staff went out of their way to make us enjoy our meal! The parking is an issue however paying additional amount of $22 after validation from restaurant and $10 tip for valet was not great. Seems like simply increasing food price and don't have the last touch be paying additional for parking. This will probably limit our return visits as there are plenty of other places where parking is not a burden.

Let me start off by saying how gorgeous this place is! They have decorated for Christmas, making it look like a beautiful Wonderland! As we walked up to be seated, the cocktail waitresses were not as friendly when directing us where we needed to go, but that’s OK. We had reservations so we were seated promptly and our waiter greeted us shortly after to get our drink orders. When we got there, there weren’t too many people so it was kind of odd that our drinks took so long to get to us. We ordered the crab cake (delicious) , roasted chicken (dry, kinda cold & flavorless), the Truffled Bucatini (so good and flavorful) , and the sautéed mushrooms, which never came but I made sure they didn’t charge us. Our waiter was really nice and knowledgeable, but he did also forget to get my husband’s second drink until we reminded him. The busser was really nice and refilled our sparkling water as soon as we ran low. Overall the ambiance, kindness from the waiter and some of the food would have us recommend Dean’s to friends and family.

This might be my new favorite place the ambience and food was amazing. If you get a chance to choose your waiter choose Dylan hands down best service I’ve had in my life.

On the occasion of the 1 year anniversary of first meeting my beloved fiancé, we opted to spend the evening in the infinitely capable hands of the chefs and staff of Dean's Steak and Seafood. I can unequivocally state that this decision was perfectly commensurate with my providential choice in spouse! Our meal was nothing short of extraordinary. From the immaculately aged cuts that ridiculed the use of a knife, to the flawlessly composed steak tartare, to a Baked Alaska in all its showmanship, we were in various states of ecstatic flight from beginning to end. However, the crown jewel of Dean's milieu was unreservedly the incomparable service. We were blessed with a gentleman by the name of Jorge whose knowledge, zeal, decorum, and attentiveness infinitely exceeds any professional in hospitality within recent memory. He was and is the very archetype of impeccable service distilled into a single individual. We raise our flukes to both Jorge and all the other artisans toiling laboriously at Dean's Steak and Seafood for gilding our evening with an experience worthy of the momentous milestone it sought to commemorate. We will return in due time as both life's glories and appetites multiply in number and caliber. Godspeed to you all!

Upon check in we had reserved “the holiday globes” the hostess stated she didn’t know what I was talking about and I showed her my reservations and she says, “yes I have no idea what that means…” she then says we can sit anywhere we’d like which was ok with us! We dine out frequently and VIP members at most high end restaurants…I was so excited to try this establishment. Our waitress was so kind, attentive and just over all great! My steak temperature was cooked amazing! But the sauce on top of my king crab was cold. A few issues we had was crab shells in the crab cake(to be expected but there was a lot), my drink ordered was like melted ice and a splash of tequila :/ the table bread was the best part of our 260$ meal that night unfortunately.
