The managers need better customer service , communication and organization. No apologies either. The waiter hands down was great. Management sucked.

What a terribly underwhelming experience for my family and me for NYE. We were denied basic bread service and food came out cold. Very disappointed to drive 1.5 hour for this. Reviews were clearly misleading. Never again! Only positive was our waitress who was very helpful.

I brought my family. It was delicious. 100% worth the price for a special occasion. Staff was knowledgeable and attentive.

Went for Christmas Dinner. Overpriced for what you get. Service was poor, server would check in on us every 20-30 minutes. We had to flag him down multiple times. Mushroom soup was served completely cold. Lobster Pasta was old and undercooked - there is no way the pasta is made fresh daily. The menu states pasta is made fresh, that is complete crap and misleading. Thank god the steaks were cooked properly for a steakhouse. Drinks were the only saving grace of the dinner where they were made properly and worth the $15+ cost per drink. I do not recommend Dean’s and won’t be returning.

The restaurant advertised a "Christmas at Deans" experience. When we arrived, there were no Christmas decorations and the music was loud pop music...no Christmas experience at all. And this was on Christmas day. The service and food was ok. They told us they would put all our food in at once and it would come out whenever and that was better than waiting. Salads came out with entree. The staff indicated they were not expecting so many people and the kitchen was behind. The food was fine and the staff did the best they could but overall a disappointing experience at the price point and based on what was advertised.

The restaurant was busy and it took time to get service. Our server Ralph was a great guy but struggled to keep up. Drinks took a long time and we had to keep asking for them. Despite several visits to the table by a few staff members, the plates were not being cleared until the next course came. The food was excellent (despite the wagu being served almost cold) and we enjoyed our meal very much. The branzino was particularly good. Not a bad experience and it is a very nice restaurant. The timing and attention to details seemed off as they were very busy. We’ll be back.

Steak and chicken had a burnt char on them. I scraped as much as I could off the steak, and it still left a bitter, gritty taste in my mouth.
