Only saw our server once when he took our order. The Wagyu Bolognese was inedible - we ate only bread and dessert for $100. No refills on drinks and terrible experience overall.

A last minute pick as a surprise date night, my wife and I had a wonderful time. The service was fantastic and Todd did an excellent job taking care of us. The raw bar as always was delicious and both of our steaks couldn’t have been better. I had the Deans filet while my wife had the bone in rib eye.

Jason was amazing!! Not only did he give is wonderful drink and food recommendations, he went above and beyond to make sure our first experience to Deans was a great one. We will definitely be coming back soon and requesting Jason!

The food was spectacular and our server was good. The ambiance however was very boring for a brunch spot in Charlotte. This is not the place for a “fun” brunch.

Our server and the cocktails were the outstanding part of our evening. While it started out promising - went downhill pretty fast. Apps came out - shrimp cocktail really fresh and great Caesar salad. Then over 45 minutes later our ice cold $90 ribeye along with ice cold whipped potatoes and ice cold roasted tomatoes came out - ribeye beyond being cold was ordered medium rare and was literally raw and side of butter poached lobster claws was pathetically small for $20. Manager came over and apologized and offered to get new sides and heat up steak - really? Wound up with new order and steak was medium rare but dry as they burnt outside to a crisp. Manager did offer free dessert and apologized again. Lobster claws magically doubled in size! Honestly - was not the hallmark of a well run operation, food mostly mediocre and definitely will not be back. Plenty of other awesome choices in the charlotte area to spend your $$$.

Out serves Tyler was amazing and Amere from the kitchen came out to make sure our special requests were right. They both made the experience amazing.

My husband and I came to Deans Steakhouse for our 3 year wedding anniversary and we were blown away. The staff was kind and multiple servers and managers wished us a happy anniversary. The food was delicious!! We will be coming back when we are in Charlotte again.
