Overpriced restaurant food. Everything was over buttered and greasy. Pretty disappointing based on price point. Wouldn’t go again.

Our waiter, Shawn was very knowledgeable and skilled. He was all about customer service and obviously wanted us to have a great experience. Food was outstanding. We had a ribeye steak with the baked potato. Oysters and pasta to start. Drinks were good too! Great food. Great service. Great for date night or group of friends.

I got the ribeye and it was phenomenal. My gf got the lobster rigatoni it was fine. We had Mac and cheese and broccoli for sides with dinner. The mac and cheese was great, the broccoli was awful, under cooked nearly raw. We had ordered bone marrow for an appetizer but they were out, and got meatballs instead, meatballs were solid. Drinks were very good and our waiter was great. I don’t feel we received great value however.

Awesome food and service! The dry aged strip steak was perfectly cooked and was superb! The only negative feedback for the restaurant is that restroom availability is inadequate given the seating capacity.

Wonderful meal with my Strip Steak cooked to the perfect medium rare. Very well seasoned with an exceptional taste. The suggested marsala mushrooms were a perfect pairing. While noise level was a little elevated inside, I had chosen to dine on the patio. Perfect on such a beautiful night! My server, Todd, was absolutely WONDERFUL! Attentive without making me feel rushed or unwelcomed. As a single diner who travels regularly for business, that was the absolute icing on the cake. Will most certainly be back on my next trip to Charlotte.

Q is a phenomenal waitstaff. That’s was attentive to my friend and I needs. He went above and beyond exceptions. This was my first time at Deans and it was memorable! Thank you for making this experience non forgettable

Dean’s signature steak added to the 10 oz was incredible and shared along with the salmon. Incredible steak tartare. A beautiful place with delicious food and impressive service.
