Our server, Rhea, was amazing! So friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain every part of every course to us and gave excellent recommendations. She was very attentive. The food and teas were fabulous. Very unique offerings and flavor combinations. Also, so beautiful to look at! Most were absolutely delicious. We also added the tipsy tea flight - so good! 😋 Every employee that we encountered, from the valet to the young man working in the downstairs store, gave five star customer service. Next time I’m in Hawaii, I will be back. Also, I will be recommending the afternoon tea to my friends who come to the islands. Thank you!

This place has extremely wonderful food! Each meal we sampled was prepared to perfection and brimming with flavor. I heartily suggest this place. Rhea, our server, was excellent.

I recently enjoyed afternoon tea at Dean & DeLuca in Honolulu, and it was a delightful experience. The setting was elegant yet relaxed, offering a perfect spot for a leisurely afternoon. The tea selection was impressive, with a variety of unique blends that paired well with the beautifully presented food items. The trays featured an array of both sweet and savory bites. The service was attentive and very friendly, making sure every aspect of our experience was just right. Overall, a perfect way to indulge in a little luxury during the day!

I’m a tea enthusiast and this was one of the most delicious and creative teas I’ve yet to experience. Each item was carefully curated and crafted and I was happy to have more savories than sweets. Loved that I could order a cold matcha lilikoi latte instead of hot tea. Will definitely be back with my friends and family.

I recently took my daughters (16 & 14 years old) to Dean & Deluca to experience the afternoon tea service. This was the first time here for all of us. The Artisan Loft was a perfect setting to experience tasting savory and adventurous flavors. Priced at $60 per person, the five-course menu paired beautifully with a selection of premium teas and coffee, provided a unique and indulgent afternoon tea service, which was a perfect choice for the quality time event with my daughters. Beverages: Because it was our first time there, I asked our server for tea pairing suggestions. The savory dishes at the beginning of the 5 course menu, were perfectly complimented with the fruity and floral Marco Polo tea by Mariage Frères (France). The La Pomme (apple tea) has crisp apple flavor notes, which provided a delightful pairing with the desserts. Ambiance & Service: The Artisan Loft has a serene and sophisticated ambiance, which was the perfect setting for our afternoon tea experience. Our server Kristen, was absolutely amazing! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly throughout the experience, she was the only person working the whole area due to being short staffed that day. I truly hope to see Kristen when we visit again after their next seasonal five-course menu comes out. Tip for Local Kama’aina: If you’re a Hawaii resident, don’t forget to bring proof of residency to enjoy a $5 off Kama’aina discount on your afternoon tea! Overall: The Artisan Loft’s afternoon tea service is a must-visit for anyone seeking a savory and adventurous twist on traditional afternoon tea. With bold flavors, an expertly curated tea selection, and refined service, this experience was both memorable and satisfying. Went to Dean and Deluca for their tea experience while staying at the Ritz in Honolulu. We were there to celebrate my mom’s birthday. All I can say is save your money it was disappointing at best. First they charge full price for a 3 year old. Second the food was hit or miss with all their courses. It was as if the chef was trying too hard and missed the mark on may of the items…trying to make them too gourmet. The staff was condescending and at times rude. I definitely would not recommend this place. Save your money.

Our server was AMAZING! She gave great customer service and was very attentive to our requests. I couldn’t give a totally satisfied score because the food took a while to be served.

2時の予約でしたが、オープンテーブルからのリマインダーが11時30分で通知されました。きが付かずに変更していたのかと、その時間に行ったところやはり2時の予約で、出直しました。変更を店が受け入れてなかったか、オープンテーブルが間違えたかわかりませんでしたが、この評価を求めるメールには2時と記載されていたのでオープンテーブルで間違っていたようです。
