Dead Centre is not a faceless corporation…milking the beer industry for all it’s worth. Instead, we’re a tight knit crew that relies on friends, family, colleagues and other breweries to create a product that we can truly be proud of.

Fresh, flavoursome and (wherever possibly) local ingredients are what give our beer it’s character. Cutting corners here is not an option at Dead Centre Brewing. We believe you get out what you put in…so only the best goes in.

    Was a little disappointed the bottomless brunch wasnt better explained before we went as we werent aware of what it really entailed but the nachos and chicken wings feom the main menu were really delicious 10/10 on food quality staff were ok could have been a little more polite.

    Lovely setting, friendly staff. Portions are on the small side for the cost but very tasty. Overall we’d a good experience

    Vibe of the whole place was perfect, loved the menu and the river view. We had 2 types of the loaded fries which were amazing my wife had the bruschetta and I the nachos. My biggest problem was having to decide what to eat as the menu really was that good and every meal I seen served out looked fantastic. Would highly recommend 👍

    Lovely staff that are knowledgeable about beer. I got the craft beer sampler and enjoyed it thoughly. The food was delicious and would highly recommend to anyone. Would definitely come back if in Athlone again. We were served by several staff members and all were polite and incredibly helpful.

    Booked for a birthday party. Service was not good.Order was missed on two occasions.Despite having contacted previously to inform of birthday celebration no effort was made to mark the occasion. Disappointed with service. Food is good.

    Excellent overall. We all enjoyed our meal. Very good service. David, the bar man was a gentleman and very professional.

    Lovely location. Menu ok but seems to favor trendy gastro pub dishes like carbonara balls, which need fine tuning (Roman ingredients are very specific: cooked guanciale, not ham, etc.). Chips should come with burgers. Nice waitstaff and management. Food and drink slow to arrive. Boardgames a plus.
