Brought to you by the team at República comes our newest concept, De Noche, in the heart of the Pearl.

Serving traditional Mexican cuisine using modern techniques and seasonal ingredients, Executive Chef Dani Morales and her team are creating Mexican dishes like you've never tasted before. Enjoy our Entire Menu for Two, or order a la carte in our intimate dining room.

We welcome reservations as well as walk-ins, Wednesday - Sunday.

Great interesting dishes with strong flavors. Wine was also unique and delicious. The high quality of the food was obvious in each dish.

The food is simply amazing! They made vegetarian things for me that my husband the carnivore loved too. Absolutely impeccable sourcing and totally creative flavors while still being ‘Mexican Food’ I can’t wait to go back

My adult son and I shared the "two person tasting menu," so got to try everything! The variety and choices were amazing and he declared it one of the best meals he has had, ever. They have a great menu, interesting items, creative cocktails. It is a bit noisy if you are trying to have a conversation, but very manageable.

They made my birthday fantastic. Go to Comala afterward from great cocktails as well.

Delicious, elegant, and intimate. Love the atmosphere, the familial feel, and the food was beyond expectation. Cocktails next door at Comala are excellent too while waiting for your table. Highly recommended!

Excellent modern interpretation of Mexican cuisine. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared with a great balance of flavors and textures. Small menu, but plenty of choices for everyone and they can adapt the dishes for any dietary restrictions.

I was looking forward to trying this place out. The chef and consortium of outstanding Mexican chefs are what I love to support and have been amazed at their work. I made reservations for 2. We got there about 5 mins early, and our table was not available. After some fumbling, they sent us to the bar (next door), they didn't know the situation, and so we sat. The host came over and said our 'table' was ready. We sat in a corner at a bar stand. 7:20pm (7pm reservation). We ordered, and within a minute our food came. Who's was this? It was hot. We thought it was maybe appetizers. Nope, main course. We ordered two drinks. One came. Our waiter did not check in after. This is not a large restaurant. There were three on the floor and an open kitchen. Had no water or even asking how things went. The host/ busser asked if we needed anything as removing our plates. I declined and asked for the check. The chef or sous asked us how things were, and had an opportunity to make it all go away with dessert or even something. Nope. Nice though, just not in the way of thinking. Check came, we got moved out, and I double checked as my drink did not come. Mild apologies, and I paid. $70 bucks, two plates, 1 drink, not a date. We were home by 8pm. A total of a 45 minute date. I made a snack for us after as the entree was more appetizer sized and we went home hungry. Hope something can be learned by this. I really appreciate the cuisine and concept. Please do a better job executing.

The food was delicious, each dish built beautifully and with flavors and textures that complemented each other well. Our waiter, however, had an attitude that almost ruined our experience to the point that some of our friends feel inclined to not go back. He seemed arrogant and unaccommodating, even judgy at times.

We had an outstanding experience at De Noche from the moment we walked into the restaurant. Great service. Exceptional cocktails & wine (be sure to try the wines from Mexico!). But the food was truly amazing. They used preparations and flavors that I had never had before. Every single dish was wonderful - from agua chilles to mole to dessert.
