Brought to you by the team at República comes our newest concept, De Noche, in the heart of the Pearl.

Serving traditional Mexican cuisine using modern techniques and seasonal ingredients, Executive Chef Dani Morales and her team are creating Mexican dishes like you've never tasted before. Enjoy our Entire Menu for Two, or order a la carte in our intimate dining room.

The food was delicious, each dish built beautifully and with flavors and textures that complemented each other well. Our waiter, however, had an attitude that almost ruined our experience to the point that some of our friends feel inclined to not go back. He seemed arrogant and unaccommodating, even judgy at times.

We had an outstanding experience at De Noche from the moment we walked into the restaurant. Great service. Exceptional cocktails & wine (be sure to try the wines from Mexico!). But the food was truly amazing. They used preparations and flavors that I had never had before. Every single dish was wonderful - from agua chilles to mole to dessert.

Our server was not friendly. He forgot to bring a drink and declined to take a photo of our group. This soured our experience considerably.

Absolutely wonderful! We had the mole, which apparently changes weekly. But this week's included flattened chicken breasts battered in rice flour and sauteed perfectly, served on a thick brown mole sauce with mild peppers. Heavenly! The portion easily fed the two of us. We also had one of the best margarita's I've ever tasted. Service, decor, ambiance and the park outside make this a fabulous place to go.

Great chefs course meal. The chef was considerate of my wife's dietary restrictions, and all the food was wonderful. It took a little while to get our check at the end, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Personally, I prefer a little more hands on attention from servers at least on first greeting, where as our experience was very hands off, taking our order and then leaving us alone except to bring food, but maybe that was also because we were at the chefs counter. The service was still great it just seemed a bit short and tonthe point, but that was fine and we quite enjoyed our meal and experience and will be back.

A delightful dining experience. Every dish crafted with care and thoughtful ingredients. We sampled every dish and enjoyed every dish. One of the best Portland dining experiences I’ve had. For vegetarian and vegan eaters, the menu does contain meat, fish, and chicken, but says everything can be adjusted for vegans.

An absolutely stellar experience. They easily accommodated both my (gluten) and my wife’s (vegetarian) dietary restrictions. Our favorites were the birria (both meat and veggie) and the quesadilla. They had two dessert options (flan and corn cake) and both were incredible. I had no idea Mexican wine was so good! I’m not sure if the bar next door serves any of the food options from the restaurant, but we would 10000% drop in there for drinks and a quesadilla or dessert if that were an option.
