Our staff prepare a customized menu tailored to match the needs of your party. Regardless of your dining location, our renowned chefs work closely with regional vendors to provide guests the finest cuisine, with many ingredients raised locally or nearby. From produce grown in our off-site garden to our own famous Yak raised at Latir Mountain ranch just north of Taos, each meal is expertly-prepared and served by professional staff.

The food was wonderful and the service spectacular. Quite, intimate, and comfortable fine dining. The charcuterie was great. The jam was delicious and went perfectly with the rest of the plate.

The food was wonderful. Their soup was outstanding as was their main courses. We tried the chicken and the pork chop. Both were excellent. Fabulous meal.

Restaurant was small and intimate. Server didn’t tell us about the soup of the day. We overheard a customer saying they would have the soup. Blue corn tortilla carne asada tacos were good. The pork chop was on the bone with a sweet sauce. Too sweet. The most expensive item not necessarily worth the high price.

Great food and atmosphere. Server was very professional and helpful. Kitchen was a little slow but we were not in a hurry. We will visit again.

With the talented Cristina Martinez at the helm, this is one of the best restaurants in northern New Mexico. Do not miss the Ash Crusted Tuna Aguachile, both delicious and beautifully presented or the Hatch Chile Relleno, just bursting with New Mexico flavor. Be sure and save room for the S'More, sinfully good and a visual delight! The staff is lovely and efficient and the setting is quiet, comfortable and elegant.

The food was good and there were many things I could have ordered. The issue was service: too slow at the beginning and too fast later. They actually brought our salads and entrees at the same time! We sent the entrees back. When they brought them back I was just finishing my salad.
