Spent a hour and a half and stafff could not get me a decent puffco vaporizer to work . I spent 45 minutes of my time getting staff to swap out faulty equipment . Never got to enjoy my smoke before they closed . They did give me my money back but it was still an awful experience . You guys need equipment that works . Not a good look . Then the bud tender wanted to charge me still . I had to argue . They literally had two employees bring me or try fixing 4 different vaporizers for 1.5 hours . None of them worked . The GM or a senior manager need to do something here. Come on guys …HORRIBLE

Awesome time!! Great service, music was on point! Would recommend the vip section if your group is into switch games. 10/10

The way you enter the lounge is pretty cool to start it off. Our server was Yesenia, she was very kind and chill. Also take her recommendations cause they were fire. Lol. The ambiance and vibe were very chill. I would definitely go back for the price as well.

Crunchy Cheetos were out of stock. Luckily that didn’t matter. Still magical as always

Once you’ve in its a great time. Getting in is a different story. The people working the phone booth have been straight rude rude rude. We have been a couple times and it was the sane experience. While waiting and being told reservations make it easier (we had them). Once we walked up was told no room. Booked a table online while waiting and guess what…..plenty of tables. Management should know you are losing folks before they get in due to the payphone people.
