This has become a favorite spot of ours to share with family and friends. Several of our Reno friends had not been to this jewel of Sparks restaurants! We love it best when we can dine on the patio - it’s simply another world! And with our Nevada sunshine, we can often do this throughout the seasons. There is most always very good service and excellent food. We love it here!

We visited for live music and Dinner on the Patio on a Thursday. We were seated under cover (Birds) and out of the Sun. The music started at 6 pm. The food was delicious; Chicken Florentine Piccata, Ahi Salad and Salmon with Orzo. $105 for three meals with two glasses of wine. The Tiramisu was shared by all and a very nice way to finish the meal. We did a little gaming in the Bar afterwards and watched NFL preseason. Highly recommended.

Have never had a bad meal yet and have been to David's many times over the years for either lunch or dinner. In the summer sitting out on the patio is so sweet! the scenery is beautiful of the golf course, service was great too!

Worst experience ever. My husband and I are regulars and something in the kitchen went wrong this time. I ordered the Greek salad, which I get every time and my husband ordered the smash burger. We also ordered risotto balls ( I don't remember what they are actually called) as an appetizer. I've never had them before and they came in a timely manner and we're pretty good but not that warm. An hour later we are still waiting for our food and had to flag down the waitress. Apparently our ticket was lost. After Manager One got involved our food showed up and my husband's burger was fine but the chicken was missing on my salad. The waitress offered to bring a side chicken but if you've ever had this salad it would not be the same so I asked for a new salad. A minute later out comes the same salad with, what looked liked 2 pieces of sliced chicken across the top. This is not the way this salad is served and exactly what I did not want so I sent it back. Manager one asked if I wanted something else instead of giving me what I originally ordered. Meanwhile we've been at David's for 1 and 1/2 hours and all the people that came after have eaten and left. I'm starving and my husband has finished his meal. Manager two comes by and offers to pay for our meal and order my salad to go. I know she was trying to be kind and the waitress was mortified but we decided to leave after almost 2 hours and I left hungry. We did not pay for anything but our waitress should have come by much sooner to find out why we were still waiting on food an hour after we arrived. Manager one should have waited to give me the salad the way it's supposed to be instead of putting too much chicken over the top of the original salad and rushing it back out. Davids failed on all levels this time and I don't think I'll be back any time soon. Very dissapointing.

Waited too long to be seated. Had a reservation. Couldn't order a cocktail because bartender didn't know how to make anything. Food was another story. NOT good
