I have been here many times but this time I didn't have the best experience. I love the seafood chowder but when I got my bowl, it was a little over half filled when usually the bowl is filled. I didn't say anything. The rolls we got were unfortunately very hard and we asked for new ones but didn't get them until then end of our visit. I ordered a cocktail and it came after our dinner arrived. I ordered the fried whole belly clams (which I usually love) but they were chewy and soggy. I didn't eat much of it and just ate the fries. I will go back here because I love the seafood chowder but was disappointed. Everyone is always so nice when we go and welcoming!

Food was great…husband had sirloin tips and I had sea scallops. Prices are reasonable and service was awesome.

Every time we ave been going to the Davenports Cumberland in the summer inside the restaurant they have the air on low ,it is so warm that you can not enjoy your meal. We told 3 people yesterday to put the air up it it was no use as one touched the air conditioner Me ad my husband decided we will wait till the fall to return This is the 4 th time we have been there and were very uncomfortable

I am hoping it was an off night. I made the reservation, but the place was packed, so they only had seating outside, so we took it. Not too crowded outside. They had music bingo going on. It was weird, the gentleman handling that came right over to us and asked if we wanted to play, he was very nice. That was it, 2 waitresses, but no one ever came over, and I looked one of them right in the eye and she looked away. We gave it 15 minutes ( like I said inside was packed), and then we left. This has NEVER happened there before.

We love Davenports! The food is always great and the service impeccable! Their daily specials are excellent and the kids menu offers many options. Desserts are amazing. Our favorite is the chocolate cake! Don’t drive by….go in to enjoy this family owned restaurant!

Danielle was extremely professional, efficient and patient. Our party included a one year old as well as a rambunctious 6year old. The baby was messy with the food, I was apologetic. Danielle was very kind. We did reciprocate (as we should) we with a generous gratuity.

Everything was perfect. Our waitress Debbie was outstanding. Drinks came out in a timely manner, food came out hot and it was delicious. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. I will return again.
