Dueling Pianos was fantastic but service was so slow we would go out to the bar to order

The fries appetizer was actually pretty good. Everything else was just okay. We will definitely not eat there again. We were also not impressed with the games. There's only a handful of games that are actually worthwhile. Left us underwhelmed overall. Not the D&B we remember from back in the day.

This reservation was for my birthday and I was joined by my extended maternal family and it was a great night. Even though we only had one server for 25 people she did amazing with the help of a few others who carried out food with her. There were no complaints. D&B is one of my favorite places to go no matter which city I’m in. And I’m happy to have had the experience of my 46th birthday there at this establishment. You all handled our party extremely well and I wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Didn’t get sat until almost 15 mins after the party was supposed to be ready, but overall the service was great with such a big crowd. Would like to make sure the service got tipped well if possible.

I reserved a table and was there at 8pm , reservation was for 8:45 pm but restaurant was full no biggie. We got seated at 10pm, TWO HOURS LATER just for the server to say she is overwhelmed and will not take our order nor serve us. The manager took our order at almost 12am !!!!!! Food came pretty fast not that long of a wait . We didn’t leave until 1am and had small children with us. I was trying to use the 50% off food coupon from app but manager said he was going to look out for us since the experience was bad. I ended up getting only like $7 off when I would have gotten more since it was 50% off regular price meals. Overall the experience was HORRIBLE.

Had to wait over 2 hours for our food. Everyone didn’t get their food at the same time as everyone.

We drove over 3 hours to get there and had a reservation for 7:15 and we even showed up early at 7pm and no one never came to our table for drink orders or nothing for about 30 minutes and once we finial got a waitress and ordered food we waited 3 hours for our food and we never received it and my kids was hungry so we got up and left ....the service was all over horrible....will come back for the games games but will never try to get service in the restaurant part again.....major disappointment for our first experience

If I could give this place a 0/10, I would. I had to obtain my own silverware, napkins, drinks, and to go box. I should have just asked for a uniform at that point. The waiters and hosts were extremely rude. The manager was horrible, wouldn’t even address the issue when brought to her attention. Took over 3.5 hours to even receive anything we asked for. I asked for our checks and after waiting 30 minutes, I again had to get up and find my server. I found him hanging out with the bus boy in the ticket redemption center, joking around and drinking a soda. I took a photo to show the manager, who did not even care and still after 50 minutes, still had no check. This place is ridiculous. Will never return to this place again.

We enjoyed our first visit! The teenagers enjoyed the games while the adults enjoyed drinks and the adjoining mall.
