Don’t expect a reservation. Nor to sit in the dinning hall. This does not give you anything. The service was awful, taking 30 minutes for drinks and an hour for food; and 2 of 9 meals were brought out wrong.

My grandkids from Wisconsin were visiting so I thought that this would be good for them. The flatbread looked good but the fish, chicken pasta and nuggets were not good. The games are so expensive and we waited a long time in line there to purchase the cards to play. I bought the 4 card special for $48 dollar each and the young man didn’t give me the correct amount of credits. He gave us 400 less. I asked him to check the cards before finalizing, but he said that he couldn’t. As soon as my granddaughter played 1 game, she told me that she didn’t have as many credits as she should have had. I waited in line and spoke to the same cashier, who appeared bewildered. He couldn’t correct the problem. I asked to speak to a manager who finally sorted out the problem and gave us the correct number of points for the price I paid. After playing an hour and $200 worth of games played, we waited a very long time to redeem our tickets to get our prizes. My daughter tells me that her Dave and Buster’s in Wisconsin is not so slow. She only goes on Wednesday when you can play for half the price.

Service wasn't good at all, food was bland. Then seemed like a lot of games didn't work but charge your card, no service guys around so lose out on money on my power card! Said was closing at 10 and closed at 930 kicked everyone out. Sign said 10.

They were very accommodating! They showed us to our table and kept us happy with refills and food.

Reserved tables and they were not marked so people sat there anyways. Service is super slow so don't go hungry. At least 25% of the games were broken.

Horrible service. Evidently only two of five servers showed up on a Saturday night when the weather was nice. Nevertheless, I don't think our server Lauren could've handled it, We were a party of 13 people And we spent almost 3 hours trying to get food and checked out so we could go play some games. One order was messed up And they took it back to the kitchen and never brought her more food for over an hour, despite our many pleased to our server. As the host of the group I went And found a manager and explained the situation. It still took another 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich out. Their service is excusable and pathetic. As for the games, That was also ridiculously bad. Numerous machines weren't working and several of them would charge you two or three times before they would start to work. Everyone in our group found it to be an awful experience and we will never go back. CJ Barrymore's is just down the road and is much cheaper and much better experience. Frankly, I don't even understand how this Dave & Buster's is still in business.

Made reservations well in advance for my big group. Got there they tried to sit us at two separate tables. When I was informed about that i told them i did not make reservations for us to be sat separately. Got the situation taken care of with no communication back to us just shown to our table. We then ordered our drinks which took 30mins to get. One drinknwas never brought over we were told that the bar didn't make it yet. I went to the bar myself asked a server to help me after telling him my situation. He was VERY helpful. I brought my friends drink back. It took an hour for our appetizers, when we asked our server about them he didnt know what we were talking about, then we talked to a manager which another 20mins passed still nothing nor anyother communication was done to pur table. Agter 1horlur and 25mins we gpt out appetizers and our food. They did take off the appetizers and apologized but overall the experience was horrible.

Our waitress was great… but she was overworked and overwhelmed. They need to hire more staff for the dining room to help the waiters. She was outstanding and helpful and patient. The food was good. Atmosphere was extremely busy and upbeat. Good vibes. Enjoyed my visit.
