Once seated, we didn’t see a server for over 6 minutes. We placed our order of drinks (all waters), two appetizers and our meals all at the same time. The appetizers came out before we received any beverages, and the appetizers were cold and undercooked. It was fine, we ate them and moved on. A few minutes later the entrees came out, and one was made incorrectly (ordered without onions), and another didn’t come out at all. When mentioned to the server, she made a face as if she was annoyed that the meal was incorrect. The missing item was not mentioned yet as we assumed it was still on its way from the kitchen. The server then went to her computer and continued to say things under her breath even though we were right next to her and could still hear her. After a few minutes we mentioned the fourth entree was nebr received to which we were advised it was never entered into the ordering system. The two entrees were finally received 20 minutes later, after everyone else in the party was already finished eating. Nothing was comped, no apologizes were received. No discount. Nothing for the mistakes that were made or the rude customer service

Never thought to go to Dave and Busters because I dont really go to syracuse if I'm not going for a specific purpose, we decided to take an impromptu trip to have dinner and play some games. Get the kids out of the house. It was so much fun!!!! Food was delicious. Games were fun. Staff was incredible. Worth every penny. I definitely recommend for anyone. We were a little on the pricy side but there were 4 of us. There packages were wallet friendy as was the meal.

A lot of waiting for service. Felt like we were forgotten about. Food finally came. The girl rudely threw the plates on the table aggressively and ran off before we realized we had no silverware. You can’t track anyone down to ask for them. They struggled with our order and it wasn’t even complicated, just straight off the menu items… and then when they came my side was on my boyfriend’s plate instead of mine… The systems were down apparently which is not the servers fault but they were so busy with that issue that they basically ignored us. The food itself was really good. Everything just took forever… bartenders just ignoring you and doing anything but take drink orders. Mid experience for sure.

I mad reservations for 6:30 Friday night with my family. Showed up to be told they were closing at 6:30 for a private party. I don't go to Dave and Busters a lot but this was the 2nd time in a few years that this has happened. Never again.

we were there for my friends birthday and even though it was in the reservation notes and i asked for them to sing happy birthday and nobody did :’(

Everything from the moment we arrived until the moment we left was a negative experience. We arrived today wait in line for over 30 minutes for our reservation. We were also not the only ones experiencing it. In addition, it took an abnormally long time for the server to arrive at the table and then there was no follow up. We had to wait for our server to be found so we could pay to leave. The response given by the hostess when asking if we could pay was, “Your server will be right with you. I don’t know where she is but she will be right there.” It took another 10 minutes after that interaction for the server to show. Even after the server arrived, she dropped the pay machine on the table and walked away.
