Everything was great except my order I ordered no onion got plenty of onion on my burger and ordered it well done and the meat was red I showed the server my receipt did say no onions and well done but guess the cook did what he wanted too.

Bad service. My waitress came to the table 3 times and everytime I was the ine looking for him. We wanted to celebrated our kids birthday and the restaurant did not have lighter for the candles. Why doing a reservation the place was cery empty at that time for a Saturday. The food was delicious that was the only think Imlike other than that no thanks I wont recomend going back.

Friendly atmosphere. Good service. The food, on the other hand, not that great. It's bar food with some extras that can be left off the menu. The Brussel sprouts were horrible. We sent them back. I thought they'd be crispy, but they were steamed-ish and very underseasoned. Alcoholic beverages were just sweet.

Restaurant service was okay.. but several fights broke out during our short time there and security literally did nothing to intervene. It’s a very unsafe environment

Good waiters but NOT enough of them. Food mediocre. Poor folks were running to keep up. Waited 30 minutes just for our check, asked 5 times for it. Fun times in the arcade, though.

The table was ready at the appointed time. The food was okay. However the service was horrible. We were a party of about 15 and our party members arrived at various times. We ordered food as people arrived. However, the first woman who sat down did not get her food until after one of the last people to arrive had gotten his. (He had arrived perhaps an hour later.) We kept reminding the server and he kept forgetting what she ordered and/or that it hadn't been delivered. He was at first trying to rely on memory for our orders, but he kept forgetting. So our orders often arrived incomplete and/or inaccurate, including drink orders. The restaurant side of the facility at the time was less that 50% filled, so a rush period wasn't responsible. When it was time to pay our checks he was similarly disorganized. I don't remember thinking anything bad about the food once received. But this disorganization probably meant that we were sitting at the table longer than need be and therefore took time away from us playing the actual games the D&Bs are known for.
