Will return to Dave snd Busters again. Great food and fun. All questions were answered. The food was delicious. The hamburger was great along with the fries. My friend love his fried pickles and his boneless wings. Also our server was good.

The cheese sticks were good. The barbacoa quesadillas were NOT. The meat was dry, there was not much filling, and they were slightly burned. Definitely not worth the cost. We didn't like that there were no prices listed for drinks either, with the exception of the $30.99 gold margarita. As indicated by the lack of prices listed, drinks were overpriced for what you get. The games are fun. We'll most likely eat elsewhere and then come here to play.

Everything was good till we ordered and our server forgot our food several times and my mother in law did not get her food till we were almost done with ours

Service is at an all time low. Takes 15-20 minutes for drinks then another 10-15 to order food. I’m sure it’s part of the business model to get the kids to spend more on games. But it’s costing the servers tips. When the server comes back after 20 minutes of waiting on a refill of fries and says “I feel like I’m forgetting something for your table,” then you know it’s bad.

The food was excellent. They handle reservations very well…even if you’re late to it. They don’t sweat it at all. Service is great. Good is awesome. Fun atmosphere for everyone. Highly recommend! If you’re dining, ask for Barrett as your server. If you’re playing games and need help or if you want to checkout their Arena gameboxes, ask for Twig. He’s the best in D&B. He will make sure you get taken care of during your visit.

They don't have as many games to play but its because they put in 2 game arenas and some virtual games. The food was amazing and the service was just as amazing.

We had reservations in general section, the waitress was not attentive ( I had to ask for everything we needed including eating utensils, plates etc). I went as far as going get my own small plates for ice cream cake. She brought us Forks to eat ice cream by the way. Also, I had to kp asking her to replenish the ' bottomless ' items we ordered. She brought out no napkins. We never got refills even though all of the glasses were empty. I eventually went the manager. I'm not sure what he said to her but nothing was resolved. She came to the table and asked if we needed anything but after an hour or more of mistreatment and unprofessionalism, I chose to close out and move to the Bay area. Bay area was better. The waitress we had in Bay area number 1 on November 16th was awesome. The hostess at the front was helpful as well ( wish I had their names). My Visit took place on November 16th...313128 was ticket number...please locate the unprofessional waitress and retrain her Erin

Come here for the games, skip the food and drinks! We decided to give the place a shot after coming many years ago when they first opened. It’s changed a lot! The place is awesome inside, clean and well designed and unique fun games for anyone 5+. We went with our two children ages 5 & 8 and our fiends who have children the same ages. The cocktail menu is extensive, however not a drop of alcohol in them 😂 my husband even paid extra for Whiskey Pig in his Old Fashioned….nada! I ordered a Long Island…typically gives me a good buzz and I rarely order a second…stone cold sober. The family that joined us had same issue - my friend rarely drinks and chose to since her husband was with her and the children….she was totally sober. Really shady. Server was super sweet, food mediocre. Games are $$$ and be prepared to have disappointed children when tickets/points are tallied! The ‘shop’ is ridiculous - my 5 yr old had 300 points - she was able to get a blow pop. We left after about 1.5 hrs, spending $200+ , and hungry & thirsty. In contrast, husband and I dined the night prior @ Zanti…spent about the same time/$ and we left there happy, full and talking about when we’d be back!
