    We were a large table. 5 people got their food in a ok time frame, when those 5 were already done eating another 6 plates came out. Last plate came out when the entire table was done or way past done. That last person got there 5 min after and ordered so we understood the delay with the last plate but to have half the table done before the rest of the food even came out. It was not packed there so didn’t expect that much of a delay. The food was not worth the wait either. First time there so benefit of the doubt could have just been an off night either way not worth the trip back for us.

    I did not like the fact that the suggested gratuity included the $160 I spent on Cards for my kids. The waiter stands there while you add a tip … You get zero privacy for paying the bill . All of our food was cold - arcade was fun and over priced

    Food was cold and the order was incorrect. Server was great and helpful. The amount of money I paid was not worth the food tho.

    The service sucked. It took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. All we wanted to order was water and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks. The price for the games was VERY outrageous. We ended up leaving and going to Chuck E Cheese instead!! Never again!!

    The food was served burnt. We had to send it back. The cheese on the chicken parm was black. The pizza cheese was burnt.

    Checking out was a half hour ordeal. The waitress or the system messed up all of our checks. She kept going back and forth to the back but a manager never even came to our table.

    Food is good with the exception of the house salad. This was the second time where the lettuce was brown and old. The wings and burgers were great.
