    I did not like the fact that the suggested gratuity included the $160 I spent on Cards for my kids. The waiter stands there while you add a tip … You get zero privacy for paying the bill . All of our food was cold - arcade was fun and over priced

    Food was cold and the order was incorrect. Server was great and helpful. The amount of money I paid was not worth the food tho.

    The service sucked. It took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. All we wanted to order was water and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks. The price for the games was VERY outrageous. We ended up leaving and going to Chuck E Cheese instead!! Never again!!

    The food was served burnt. We had to send it back. The cheese on the chicken parm was black. The pizza cheese was burnt.

    Checking out was a half hour ordeal. The waitress or the system messed up all of our checks. She kept going back and forth to the back but a manager never even came to our table.

    Food is good with the exception of the house salad. This was the second time where the lettuce was brown and old. The wings and burgers were great.

    We were a party of 6. Restaurant was out of kids lemonade. Server brought drinks, didn’t realize 1 was forgotten. Order was placed and server came back to inform us the fried pickles were still frozen so we couldn’t have them. It took almost 45 minutes for food to come and when it did it was room temperature. The restaurant was not busy at all. Overall it was just a poor experience. The music was entirely too loud, we had to scream across the table.

    The service was pretty bad. Waitress would disappear for long stretches of time, leaving us without drinks, napkins, condiments we had ordered, etc. The wings were pretty good, but the house salad was nasty. White chunks of lettuce, and they brought me balsamic vinegar as a dressing instead of vinaigrette. Seems like they really need better training for the wait staff, as we noticed other tables complaining about food and/ or service.
