4 Star rating Made a reservation and waited at wait to be seated and several employees passed by and never seated me finally had to wait in a different line to be seated what was the purpose of making the reservation? Waiter was great food came fast and hot. Portion size for value could have been better. Menu is average. Best item menu is the Burgers and fries.

Overall great service but when the manager came to check on us and we said we hadn’t received a few beers we ordered and she said she didn’t know what we were asking for because she doesn’t know beer names, that’s a weird thing to say. Get with it Utah and don’t make it us look even more weird than people already think. If you’re a manager you should know the food and drink menu inside and out. Regardless if you drink beer or not, that’s your job.

Booked a reservation through Dave and Busters website via OpenTable as the site showed there were tables and reservations available. Showed up at the restaurant and was told there would be a 50 minute wait to be seated even though tables and reservations were available. The hostess told us even though we have a reservation through OpenTable, it doesn’t mean that they would honor the reservation time. Asked the hostess if we could play their arcade games while we waited and was directed to their self service kiosk to purchase their Eat and Play combos. The self service kiosk wouldn’t accept a visa branded gift card. Asked the hostess if they could help us with the purchase and they said only the kiosk or a server could help us with purchasing the combo, and we would have to be seated for a server to help us. We received a lot of being told what they can’t do and not a lot of help finding any solutions or willingness to help. It was an exceeding disappointing experience, especially after Christmas and trying to provide my family a fun Christmas activity with money from Christmas gifts. I will never attempt to visit Dave and Busters again.

The salad was mediocre at best. The wings and burger were fantastic. The dessert fries were great! Our server Leif was really great. Games were fun but at around 8 “tokens” a shot, the card didn’t last long.

Kinda waited for our drinks for like 30 after we ordered them appetizers took like a hour to get our table was like 45 minutes for server to take our food order for our main course, great food though and drinks just needs to be little bit fast on service though. Server was very nice and knowledgeable with the menu.

Went on a UFC night. It was packed, no problems there, it was loud which made it fun. But the food was so terrible.

We were seated in what turned out to be area without a waitress. I watched wait staff go to & from the bar area & rest area - managers, too. After about 11 minute waitress came over & began to ask us for our drink order. I told her it was ridiculous to see workers standing around & managers drinking out of their Stanleys & checking phone, while no one even stopped when they happened to walk by us. She apologized & she provided good service, but the start was far from memorable.

The location is great. Usually the food and service are great but this time not the best experience at first, until the manager came and was very positive and quick to fix all our problems. If the manager would not have come and saved the experience, we would have left very unhappy due to the service and the food not coming out warm or correct.

Yummy food. Excellent service. The games are fun to play. Great for the whole family. The crispy Hawaiian burger is delicious. And the pretzel sticks are devine!
