The manager Broderick was fantastic. He met all of our needs, was incredibly helpful and made my son’s 13th birthday party memorable. Employees that love their job and are willing to go the extra mile are hard to come by. He was truly a gem!!

I didn't like how the people at the front desk who sold me my play cards, didn't tell me about the extra small fee to super charge it, so if you spend 60 dollars you get 320 chips. If you super charge your card, by spending extra 7 dollars, your total chips come to over 650.. so for the extra 7 bucks you more than double your play worth. The lady's at the front did not make this clear to me or explain anything so later when I went to add more on my card for the kids, they tried to do it again.. it's not worth it unless your spending big bit bucks and have a lot.of time. 4 people cost over 4 hundred for 2 hours of fun and a cheap meal each..

We decided to venture to Dave & Buster's on St Patrick's Day for our daughter's birthday. The food was amazing, the service was even better. We had such a great time and followed up with fun playing games. Never a bad experience!

Awful service. We were a larger party so I tried to be understanding, but people from our party ended up getting food before they had received their drinks. Drinks were asked for several times and never arrived. Members from our party ended up going to the bar themselves. Then when the food finally came (which took a while) we were missing several items and several items came out either cold or incorrect. Random people were bringing our food to the table and when they weren’t sure where it went they would just set it down and members from the party were forced to deliver it to the proper person. I would think long and hard before ever coming back here for dinner again.

Every staff member was kind and welcoming. I created a core memory of my son there! We had 6 people in our party and everyone was pleased! Thank you to the staff for cultivating such a wonderful environment for families.

I would definitely recommend a reservation. The wait time was about an hour at 530pm on a Saturday. The food is about what you would expect from a place like this. The arcade was so full there was barely any room to walk. They should really make a specific day just for adults 😂

Our server was amazing. She said she was newer to working there, but did a great job (and we had a large party, 14)! The food was delicious! The only thing I’ll say, is the gaming area was hotter than heck! There were a ton of people, so I would recommend turning the heat down next time.

We started with what we thought was going to be a great dinner. The server was nice, however, the food was terrible. So much so that my husband had a bathroom emergency about 30 minutes later. After dinner, we went to the counter to purchase credits so the kids could play games. Having never been there before, we looked to Terry, the woman at the counter, for guidance. She was condescending, and made it as difficult as possible by intentionally standing there staring at me without speaking after saying “okay???” when I told her we had never been there before and didn’t know exactly what to do. Thankfully, another rep took over for her, and although I couldn’t read her name tag, she was very kind and thankfully was able to help us complete what should’ve been an easy transaction with Terry. The games were fun for the kids, but only for about 25 minutes, and then it started to smell like chlorine and pepperoni throughout the game area, signaling to us it was time to go. There was also a lingering odor of marajuana, but that was welcome, comparatively. We won’t be back, it costs to much to eat and play there for it to be such a disappointing experience.
