If it's a fight night or there is a big event, good luck on getting a table (even if you make reservations and agree to pay the $25 table charge).

I got food posioning from the salad. The waitress rarely stopped at the table for refills. I tried making eye contact to get attention and finally had to resort to raising my hand like a student in school to have customer service given. As a family we go to Dave and Buster's a lot and the waiting staff talk more among each other than paying attention to their sections. I think it's because no matter the service we are quilted into tipping well.

We had reservations for a birthday and it worked out perfect table was ready had an amazing server her name was Sarah aka Red. She hustled and took great care of us!!!

Ana the bartender is the best! She is attentive, fast and polite. It was a pleasure being served by her. Food is always great as well. Our server stopped by so many time to make sure we were ok. Great place to dine with kids while having a drink.

First time at D&B! It was fun, food was good! Server was attentive. 5 people with the upgraded $30 card and a few beers=$200 Plan accordingly

Great family place, good service, decent food. Be prepared for the noice level. It is loud.

We were enjoying a family meal and midway through were told we needed to move to another table to accommodate a large party. They knew in advance they were going to sit the large group in our area an use our table, so why didn't they just seat us somewhere else at the beginning?

It started out a little rough with no one coming by the table for a lengthy period of time. It greatly improved once our server arrived. Food and drink came out in a timely manner and was tasty. Thanks

Our waiter was kind and patient. Our first time there and would definitely go back! The food was brought fairly quickly and it was delicious!
