Service was excellent! Good portion for the prices not worth it. $30 appetizer plate with barely any appetizers on it. Was very disappointed in that.

My son and I decided to make a last minute decision to come to Dave and Busters for dinner and a few games before seeing a movie later. The staff was amazing. My son, despite being taller than me was having some trouble being comfortable. The staff was able to get us to a bench seat no problem and quickly. Food was better than I expected to find. This is definitely going to become a regular treat for us.

Not the best dining experience …our food came out wrong and at different times , we kept getting other tables food delivered to us. It seemed to be chaotic with the staff. Plus when we questioned our bill we found out a large party charge had been added. That would have been fine had we been informed but instead were given a tablet to leave a tip, without being told one was already included. When we called it out they acted like it was not their problem. Probably won’t done again, and just go for the games.

It was 15 minutes before our server greeted us. It took 32 minutes from the time we sat down to actually get our drinks. Our appetizers came out before we even got our beers. Our meal was a simple order of wings and fries but tables that sat down 20 minutes afterwards, got their wings and burgers before us. The volume was so high on the football game that was playing, we could barely hear each other or the staff talk.

They tried to serve me a brown salad for six dollars. I had to send it back. They served everyone at my table, except my husband who waited 15 minutes we all had to sit there and wait so everything was cold. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal, but the kitchen staff needs to tighten up, and the manager didn’t pay any attention.

Food was good and the games were fun, but the service was nonexistent. Worst table service I have ever had.

We made reservations at 7:45pm, arrived at 7:30 and table was ready. All food was good and straight out of the kitchen. Good flavor. Nice variety of beers. If you wanna play and don’t have a card it’s about $3 each. In overall we had fun and a great time. We spent about 3.5 hours there.

They had our tables set and ready for us. Kids loved it and will definitely visit again.

Everything was great. The hostess, bartender, and waitress were outstanding. Good service is hard to find these days but D & B is on top of the job

Fun option for families with easy access to reserve tables online. Wednesdays half priced games and food make it an affordable choice. Food is delicious, whereas service is sometimes delayed if crowded. Definitely going back with the family again.
