Food was good! We waited 45 minutes for our meal. There weren’t many people in the restaurant.

We visited to have dinner. We ordered a few burgers( well done ) but came out pink .my son's food was so small in portion and not hot . French fries were okay but loaded in salt . Our waiter was aweful. No expression didn't smile and spoke too low and never checked on us. Took our order. Our food came out almoat 25 minutes later . She never checked on us for another 30 minutes had to find another waitress. She returned and asked if we wanted a check even though we weren't happy needed a to go box and more drinks. We paid and left not happy. Will most likely not return anytime soon and it stinks because my son loves it there .

The employees of this location did not help the guests. No guests were eating and the employees were all sitting down either at the bar or table tops. When I say guests were not helped at this location, I truly mean no one was helped. It feels as though the employees did not want to work at all. We left and ate elsewhere.

The waitresses are overworked, and you can definitely tell. My wings were cold and waited extremely long to get them. The waitress was very apologetic. Things need to be more in order, it was many issues with his iPad or notbook.

My family, friends, & I were there to watch the Sixers game and had a great experience (even though we lost the game!) Shawn was our server and he was awesome!

Service was not great. I was also really disappointed that you guys don’t sing Happy Birthday to customers, as it was my daughter’s 4th birthday and she had never been sung to at a restaurant before. Since D&B attracts a lot of kids, I would have thought it would be an option.

We took our two grandchildren and it was the first time for all of us. The hostess, server and managers made our meal very special. The manager gave the children stuffed toys in honor of their first time. Everyone was very attentive and the server explained the menu items and also how the game cards worked. We sampled all the desserts. The game area was busy but not overwhelming. My grandson declared it was the best day ever. They are already making plans for when they can come back with their parents.

I had a group of young adults on the autism spectrum. Dave and Busters gave us a quiet space for forty people. Our waitresses and waiters went above and beyond to accommodate us. The group had a great time and i definitely recommend Dave and Busters.
