Phenomenal experience! I reserved a table for 8 teens after giving the teens $$ to spend on the games. I came in with the teens at 1 and table was reserved for 230. Immediately when we came in Dave and Buster's staff arranged for us to have the table upon arrival to ensure the teens had a check in point. We had an issue with 1 of the teens losing her card. Dave and Buster's worked to find the card an credit her back. Accidentally, the points were all added to the guest, not to the bday girl and staff. Immediately worked to resolve and get the points distributed correctly. They went above and beyond customer service expectations! I highly recommend them for your party needs!

Do not make reservations here. I made a reservation for 7pm on a Wednesday. When we bought our chips, let the hostess know we had a reservation and she directed us to sit anywhere around the bar and someone would help us. I said even though we have a reservation? And she confirmed. We waited over 2 hours for our meal (the server Angelo was amazing though, kudos to him) and that left next to no time to actually play games before we had to leave. The best part? There was an area behind the hostess station that we were not allowed to sit in, and 3 or 4 tables had small metal placards that said "please see hostess for seating". Worst experience ever. I reached out to customer service to request they remove reservations as it's incredibly misleading to offer a reserved table for a specific time and then tell them they have to grab whatever table is available. Their response is below and it seems pretty clear the representative didn't even bother reading my actual concern: "Hi , Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it can be. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced during your visit. Seating at Dave & Buster's is first come, first serve basis. There are many guest that come in as a walk-in. In the future if you would like a server that caters to your guests/party, you would need to book through our Special Events department. There would be a deposit and designated locations that are availabe, etc-private room, semi-private rooms. You may be assured your concerns have been addressed to the General Manager at the Pineville location. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me."

Had daughter 10th birthday party at Dave and Busters. It was an overall great experience. Michelle our server was awesome. She had an assistant, forgot his name, that was good as well.

We had my sons birthday party (just reserved a table, not a party room), with a party of 10.I have to say out of all the Dave and busters we have ever been to, this is definitely a winner! The waitress was amazing and food was fast hot and delicious. This will be my go to Dave and busters near home. It’s also a large place unlike others and all games were working! On a Saturday it’s not packed and very light weight crowd, and a good/safe environment at this location.

Don’t attempt to get food here on the weekends. Had a reservation at 10:30 ordered food by 10:50 received my small ceaser salad by 11:20 and by 11:50 we left with no food. No sense of genuine hospitality or care all we got told was “your food should be out shortly”, twice. No drink refills no apology for the wait…. No way I’m paying for something I could’ve made at home within that time frame. I honestly cannot fathom as a restaurant worker myself, having a ticket in the kitchen that’s been waiting AN HOUR. Do they know about delegating task? Deploying other employees to help the kitchen, was there even a manager on the floor in the kitchen?? Surely the speed would have been better. There was a manager on the floor walking around and I guess she avoided our clearly annoyed table and chose to check up on the guest next to us. She already knew her kitchen operations were horrible. Thanks for wasting our time Dave and busters!

I haven't been here in a while and probably won't go back. Service was slow. Menu was small. And it definitely was not a good value. If my son hadn't enjoyed it (for his birthday), I would have left feeling pretty sad. He didn't notice any of these issues. He just loved the games and prizes!

Food was fine, average, not bad at all. Loved the fries. The problem was with service. Our server did not seem like he wanted to be there at all. Didnt seem authentic at all. Was also hinting at the fact he left a sprite off that he should get a better tip when in my opinion he shouldn’t get one at all for his service. Standing around talking to his coworkers when our drinks went empty. Couldn’t seem to find him when we needed things. Honestly I’m being pretty nice but maybe this young man should find another job. I recommend just at your own risk.
