I actually went to watch the fight. The setup wasn’t good, under staff where they were showing the fight. My server Gavin did an amazing job dealing with over 50 customers alone. The food was warm and it took over 30 minutes to get a drink. I spoke with the manager he wasn’t very understanding. I will be calling corporate.

I just always wish the food was a little better. I understand that it’s a chain and that the food selection is going to fit into a certain genre (meaning I’m expecting to go here for chicken fingers and not filet mignon), but at the price point, I feel like the chicken fingers and the produce should be better quality. We don’t drink alcohol, there were two of us, we each had an entree (the chicken tenders meal and a Cesar salad bowl) and shared an appetizer (the roasted cauliflower), no dessert. With tax and tip we were just shy of $100. And that was before the next $60 we spent to play games. I’m not even complaining that the food was bad, but it is fast food quality at fine dining prices and that to me is always the rub. I acknowledge that the games are the equivalent of going to dinner and a show, so I’ll refrain from talking about those prices and chock that up to entertainment, but for what they’re charging for food, I’d appreciate higher quality ingredients and options. Maybe I’d feel different if I were just going there for a cocktail and games? But I think next time I’ll eat beforehand and just go for the games.

Brooke provided excellent service but the food was soggy and greasy, the drinks were lacking flavor as the soda cartridges were empty and they did not have the main game on, had to watch it on my phone.

Our server Dewan was excellent. It was really loud, but the food was decent and the drinks were tasty. Happy hour prices are back, so that's awesome. Will be going back for more fun!

First off, I will say my server was great and I tipped her 25%. We were maybe 1 of 3 patrons in there, and our server’s only table. The kitchen messed up our food twice. It took over an hour for a mozzarella sticks app and 3 burgers to come out to us. Even though she put in our app in first, they made our entree. She expressed the mistake to the manager and they tried to rectify it but it still took a crazy amount of time. As someone who worked in food service, I know apps usually take less than 10 minutes to fire because the point of them is to arrive quickly. So, I don’t know what was happening there. Our entrees came out first, and the fries were so over-seasoned you couldn’t eat them. As we were finishing our food the manager called a meeting in the kitchen and would not let the server give us our check beforehand. I let my boyfriend and son go back into the games while I waited for their meeting to end and to pay my check. They comped our app, but honestly they should have comped everything. I still would have tipped our server as she was kind, remorseful of the situation, and attentive as much as she could be.

My son and grandson had both been happy before with wings and chicken nuggets. I had fish & chips. The fries were great, unlike the fries that came with the chicken nuggets. The fish had too little breading and wasn't the least bit crispy, which was disappoisnting.
