We had a reservation for 3:45. We waiting another 20 minutes after our time while two girls played on their phones at the hostess stand. We asked how much longer and they told us they were waiting for tables to be cleaned off as we could see 4 open tables. We were seated and our waitress came right over to take our drink order however she came back a moment later to let us know that they were out of draft beer my husband had ordered and also out of the sparkling water I ordered. We changed our order and figured out food, once again one of the items we wanted they were out of as well. The kids food came out first which is nice but 1 it was barely warm and 2 they were done eating and ready to go play by the time our food came out. The food itself besides not being very warm was good. My husband had ordered a second drink and it took forever to get we were done eating and ready to play by the time someone else not our waitress came around. We weren't impressed at all and see why this location had such a poor review.

Loved that they were able to accommodate our party of 8 (we had made a reservation prior to arrival) and the waiter/server was great. However, the food was not worth what we paid for it. I will bring my kids back for the games someday but probably won't be dining there again.

My husband and I went here for my birthday today (both in our thirties). We got here at 5 and it was perfect timing. Our server, Lexi was amazing and fun and just great and our food came out super fast. We each got an appetizer, an entree and a shot and it was way cheaper than what we expected to spend. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun and the service was awesome. After we ate, we went to the arcade and each got a 40$ play card which lasted us two hours and we played the crap out of every game we could. We had so much fun! As the night went on, it started to get way busier but everyone was very kind and respectful and it was just a very fun atmosphere. Perfect for a birthday, especially at our age. We definitely plan on going back!

Food is absolutely amazing! We went on a slow night so there were maybe 4 other tables that had people at them. Our waitress checked on us one time, no drunk refills and spent her time on her phone with a group of other employees. I have went when it was packed on a Saturday night and had better service than this. Another waitor just walked around texting on his phone.

Grant, our server was phenomenal. Even though our tab was not huge ( we had snacks and no alcohol) he treated us as though we had a large tab and he anticipated a hefty tip. He listened. He asked for feedback. He gave us great recommendations when we key about certain items on the menu. KODIS TO GRANT!! I spoke with the manager and provided feedback regarding staff I observed eating in the open. The Department of Health would likely frown upon that not to mention it is not fair to customers to watch their servers snack as they are waiting on them. This should cease.

Very nice and friendly. Very warm in the game area. Need to create a sitting area for people waiting. Hard time checking in for our reservation cuz people were in the way

There were 6 in the party, one ordered steak and when the food was brought out that's when he was told they couldn't serve him a steak there weren't any and retook his order while everybody else ate. That could have been overlooked if any of our meals including the replacement meal was hot, everyone of them were cold. We decided we were just going to deal with and not go back.

Good food. Good service, only down fall was had to wait 15 min after the reservation time to get a table.
