We had an awesome time today with my son’s big group of friends. Food and service was awesome and they gave us a discount since my husband is a firefighter. So nice! Great job D & B

It was good, definitely super busy. So service wasn’t all too good but over all food and drinks were good.

Reservation was not found/honored by hostess so we directed to sit in the bar area (open seating) where we sat for almost 20 minutes before being recognized/serviced )despite at least 5 different wait staff walking passed our table multiple times). The waitress that eventually served our table was great, just took a while to get there😊

I have eaten at other Dave & Buster's and have always been pleased, but this was the WORST experience I've ever had. I made a reservation for 7/18 at 5:00 and there was not a table for my party. The hostess kept trying to make us seat ourselves in the open seating area even after I told her several times that we had a reservation and needed a low top table. Then she said we could sit in the billiards area and we found a table there but then she and one of the servers in the area acted like we couldn't sit there. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Once we were finally seated it took over an hour for us to get our food and it wasn't brought out properly. We ordered alcoholic drinks that took over 20 minutes to get - I actually forgot I ordered a drink from the happy hour special. Then our appetizers and entrees came out at the same time. It was my sister's birthday and she and one other in our party ordered the same entree and weren't able to get it because they didn't have it and had to order something else. On top of that my brother never received his entree. One of the people in my party who had to order something different was provided with preloaded game card, but nothing else was done to make up for the poor service we received. The server never even came to clear out the empty plates and never checked to see how we were doing. Our sad, pitiful, and infuriating dining experience took approximately 2 hours. I will never eat at this location again.

Our waiter was great but food was mediocre at best. Not looking for great but was looking for warm fries and decent food after a fun time playing.

The food was great but expensive for one meal. The games r awesome but it takes a lot of credits per game. There is a lot to do at Dave and Busters. We spent 2.5 hrs there easily wo even noticing.

great service provided by Maria, excellent management. food came out exactly as ordered and to temperature. Everything was great- Did I say. GREAT SERVICE BY MARIA!

Prices was a lil high for the food we got. My family of 3 juat got drinks and entrees no appetizers. And we paid almost $70. I always have fun playing the games, but didn't gwt to spend as much as I wanted too because of the cost.

We chose Dave and Busters due to their gluten free options on their website. My child has celiac disease. When we ordered the nachos, which has a “no gluten” marking, and told the server she had celiac, we were told it was made in the same fryer as gluten containing options. While I appreciate the honestly, you shouldn’t have items marked “NG” if they can’t be prepared without frying in gluten. Same with the fries. You have a chart on your menu that specifically states what items have certain allergens. Nachos and Fries are marked safe. The manager came out and he couldn’t find the chart but I had it pulled up. In my phone. He said her options were salads and a burger with a gluten free bun. She ordered a burger and mashed potatoes. When her food was delivered, she got the burger with gf bun…and French fries, which were touching the burger. We sent it back. She finally got her correct order when the rest of the party was almost finished. Just a poor performance at this location all around and we won’t be back to any of your locations. Do better for those with allergies and dietary restrictions.
